I recently visited their new location and was incredibly impressed by the fresh ingredients, customizable options, and vibrant Mediterranean flavors. From the Falafel Fusion Bowl to the Fire Shawarma Wrap, every item is packed with taste and quality.

The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the variety of healthy choices—vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free—makes it easy to find something for everyone. The build-your-own bowls and pitas are generous in portion and loaded with flavorful combinations like spicy hummus, grilled veggies, and garlic spread.

Don’t get me wrong, Hummus Republic has amazing food. Everything is fresh, from the salad greens to the protein and the toppings. I’ve had a lot of good experiences here. However during a recent visit, the employee making my bowl misheard me and put the wrong sauce on top. When I clarified and asked for the one I wanted, they just added it on top of the other sauce I didn’t ask for.

The next time I came in (two and a half hours before close) I was told they were out of white rice. Bummer… since white rice feels like a basic option, but I understood. The weird part was when I got to my car and checked DoorDash, it still showed white rice as available.

This restaurant opened very recently. I found it on Google when searching for restaurants near me. It caught my attention immediately as I look for restaurants that offer vegan/vegetarian choices. The owner was very accommodating in helping me select the items for my "build your own bowl", and he gave me a little sample of foods I had never tried. All their food is prepared in their kitchen and therefore very fresh. You select the foods as you advance down the counter line. Everything in my bowl was excellent in taste. I rate foods 1-10 (10 being great). I rated all items 10/10!! The pita chips were very tasty and crisp. The food is a good value for the money. I will be returning to Hummus Republic to try some other menu choices. Check out their menu online. I definitely recommend...
