Starbucks — Restaurant in Delaware

This Starbucks always been my #1 and staff was always really nice , but today at 4/9/23 was a really bad experience I asked for 2 caramel crunch Frappuccinos and a vanilla bean when I got to the drive thru I got 4 drinks an extra caramel crunch So I’ve seen they had a long line in the drive thru me being considerate went and park so I can go in to the store and let them know they charge me for an extra drink we’ll who ever she might be manager assistant I guess was rude talked to me with an attitude and said “you already took them I can do nothing “ like ok I’ll would of taken the drink with no problem but why are they charging for extra stuff and then say we can’t do anything I did make sure she gave me a refund but this situation would been way different if they would of treated me different she was rude ,looking at me ugly and kept saying she couldn’t do anything with an attitude basically trying to tell get out ,if this is a policy than they should make sure not to...

Addictive and too expensive, not a good combination, but I'm still buying. Not much else to say. I'm a boring vanilla latte guy with the occasional change up. I like the consistency. Dissappointed when it isn't, especially for that price. Used to eat the breakfast sandwiches, which are damn good too, but for the low-carb/keto thing, I discovered the egg bites. Probably the nicest staff ever. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 drinks and 2 pup cups. When I got to the window, the coupon I had (buy 1 get 1) wasn't working on my phone so I couldn't pull it up. I didn't have enough in my acct for both drinks so I had them remove 1. Then my card didn't work and I'm scrounging the car for the change, embarrassingly holding up the line. I finally got the amount and handed it to the cashier after overly apologizing repeatedly. She didn't seem frustrated or annoyed. She sounded very understanding and patient with me. They ended up giving me the drink I took off the order, that I couldn't afford, as well.
