USA 2 GO — Local services in Delhi Charter Township

Pump kept shutting off while trying to get gas. Finally got to $5 and 1.95 gallons of gas. Decided to move to a different pump. Started my car and had the same miles to empty as I did when I pulled in. Worker called boss about it and they said my card wouldn't be charged. Card was charged. Heard the worker tell her boss that another customer had the same complaint today about that pump. Got gas at Kroger. Drove back by. Now pump is out of order. Terrible management. I will be calling corporate. Money isn't the issue, it's $5. It's the fact that they aren't honest and won't give you what you pay for. I run a business 2 blocks away and went here a lot. They won't see any of our company...

I've been upset but Julia on 3rd shift was mad disrespectful. She assumed my husband and I were using ebt. And the way she said it was very rude. Before she even rang us up , he'll before even walking to the counter to lay our things down she said it. Which first off not everyone has food stamps secondly just because someone has snacks doesn't means it will get purchased with ebt. We paid for our things with our actual card. For her to act like she had said nothing wrong and without a care is beyond me. But I will say this....that will be my families last...

Love the store, growler fills and a great selection of products. Unfortunately, I will never purchase anything from this location because the manager made me feel that my business didn't matter. She was extremely rude and made me like I was a bother to her. So glad Big 10 party store is close by. Gave the store a second chance. The manager hasn't changed. So rude with no people skills.
