I came here with the intention of buying three counter stools, but they only had two in stock for the style I wanted. Ian assured me that if I purchased the two stools, the third stool would arrive two weeks later. I bought the stools on July 11th. When I reached out to Ian two weeks later (on July 24th), he said he would check the warehouse the following day but never followed up. I contacted him again on August 7th, and he told me he would need more time. Today is September 23rd, and I have yet to hear from the company.
