I called for a mani pedi. This was my first time at this salon. Kim answered. I asked if my appointment was with her and she said yes. I also asked if they have Marshmallow by Essie and Kim said yes. When I arrived Kim said she had another appointment and gave me to a man, who, in my opinion did not know what he was doing, and I'm not sure if he is actually licensed. Meanwhile Kim did not have a customer and took the first walk in person who arrived. When I looked at the nail polish bottle it looked old.I asked for a new bottle and Kim said it was new. When my technician began using the nail polish I could tell that it was not Marshmallow and that it was not new. I could also tell they put a cheaper white nail polish in the bottle. I have been using Marshmallow by Essie for 20 years. It should be a thin sheer nail polish, and instead the polish they applied was very opaque and thick. When I tried to take it off later it made a mess. He also cut my cuticle in more than one place and caused sores on my fingers. He said they used sterile instruments for the pedicure but much of what I saw during my pedicure looked used and old. The nail files were also used nail files and who knows what germs they were carrying from person to person. I am trying to decide if I should file a complaint with the health department and attorney general for putting cheaper nail polish in their bottles and trying to pass it off as a more expensive nail polish. In my opinion, they do not run honest business practices and I'm not sure that their salon...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTom was super awesome! This was my first visit here. I walked in for a mani and pedi, and was promptly attended to. I picked out a bright pink color for toenails, (like I usually do) and I wanted a clear polish on my nails. Ive used gel for nails in the past at other salons, but decided to take a break a few weeks ago and have them removed. My fingernails have never been the same. (brittle and weak)Tom assured me he would take very good care of me and make my nails and cuticles look great. He also suggested another color that he thought would look good on me. I was hesitant at first, but he painted one nail to let me decide. I loved it. He was very friendly (we laughed a lot) and he paid attention to the tiniest details. He was gentle on my nails, and he encouraged and inspired me to try something different. Im glad I listened. Their prices are extremely fair as well. I will be back to visit my new nail friend, Tom.
**Also I read another review mentioning the convenience of lack of customers. I didnt see that at all. They were packed and working diligently. Thankfully, I got there...

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I walked in without an appointment, which was fine, but they have a points system that rewards you with discounts or free services based on how much you spend. I spent over $100 and, after paying, realized I forgot to provide my number for the points. When I asked if they could manually add the points, I was told no. I requested to speak to the owner, who initially claimed to be busy but eventually came out. Instead of addressing my concern, she dismissed the issue, saying points shouldnāt matter and that service was more important. When I mentioned that this would make me reconsider being a loyal customer, she walked away.
Additionally, I was shocked to find out that a simple line design on my nails would incur an extra $25 charge. The lack of proper customer service and transparency makes it clear that this place does not value its customers. I would strongly advise...
