Still freaking upset you gave me raw chicken. Had me on the freaking toilet . I told you and you did absolutely nothing about it . Like you couldn't care ...get that money right ? How dare you settle for such low standards. We don't live in Delray we drive to get there. Mom likes the place . I'll never return can't trust a cook that doesn't check the food ...It's raw chicken I should sue you for my illness. Where's your standards you don't even clean the place anymore. It's getting stale and filthy . Your passion has left the freaking building. It's dark crusty and stale in there now Your waitress use to care now doesn't she's worked there to long and has had habits now . Your cook who ever it is needs to be fired . They need to cook for themselves in a room alone because you can't be trusted to cook . Friday specials yuck Freaking raw chicken yuck Attitude towards serving me raw chicken yuck Lazy freaking watiess now barley seen you wasn't but a few tables. Sick of the crap . Never going back ever ..not my friends not family not anyone looking for a suggestion to come there never !

###In response to your comment below #### Yes you have specials on Fridays that's when we go. And yes it's next to Marshalls. Three Fridays ago now cause we won't be back. You didn't care then and certainly don't trust your cook now nor staff. You didn't make it right the day I showed you I couldn't eat the thing cause it was raw .. Unfortunately I took two bites of raw chicken thinking it was just chewy covered in red sauce.. Then I looked and couldn't believe it . Had a nice Friday on the toilet. Thank you for such a bad time . I work all week have Friday off to do things and spend with family and friends not the Hershey squirts factory. Bad service, dont go here. I placed my order for delivery over the phone and the girl that took my order was rude, spoke to me like she worked at mcdonalds and was rushing me the entire time. She took the order, took my credit card number, then said 'hold on' I waited on hold for over 5 minutes before a different girl picked up the phone and went to go find the 1st one. Then, they took 1.5 hours to deliver the food, even though the girl said 45 minutes. I called to ask where my meal was after waiting for 1.5 hours, and the girl placed the phone down for 5 minutes, then hung up on me. I could hear footsteps walking up to the phone right before the receiver was slammed down, i know she did it on purpose, she had an attitude with me the entire time. i asked to speak to a manager and the girl that took my order starts pretending to be the manager, and wont put anyone else on the phone, stating 'she was the only one there'. Just plain ignorant, she is...they way they treat their customers is horrible. Finally, what I get delivered is crap. I included a pic of the melted cannoli. The rest was just average, nothing special. I will never eat at this place. It was bad enough an experience to get me to sit down and spend my valuable time writing this review. They deserve 0 stars for service and 1 star for the food. The Pepsi was cold, at least. You're better off eating somewhere else until management gets rid of the rude girls working the phone there. Let me start this review by saying I love their pizza. So much in fact that I got home late from work last week and decided to order pizza and french fries for dinner. I used the website to order and then called to make sure they received my order and started to wait. An hour went by, which was their quoted time to have the pizza delivered by so I called and was told the pizza would be there very shortly. Another 15 minutes went by no pizza so I called again and was told the driver said he is close. Waited another 15 minutes and called back to speak to the manager and was put on hold. At this time, one of my neighbors pulled up to their house and I thought it was the delivery guy so I hung up the phone. Sadly, he was just some random dude. At this point, I called back and told them to cancel my order and credit my account which by the way included a pretty substantial tip. I was told that the driver called me several times which he did not and that he couldn’t find my place so he left it on someone else’s doorstep. I was standing outside for about the last 20 minutes of this ordeal and I know he didn’t drive by my house.. We ended up eating McDonald’s for dinner at 10 o’clock And now we are six days later and still no credit from Fratelli’s. Calling my bank now. Update: they finally did connect with me and credit my account. I’m still deciding if I’m going back or not. The pizza is...
