It’s hard to describe the incompetence and lack of accountability from clearly unqualified pharmacy assistants at this location. Apparently, it’s the “call center’s fault” when they still do not have your script after 1 automated refill attempt, 3 follow up calls, and 2 personal visits. And wow do they ever enjoying shouting your name and prescription! And one assistant on my final attempt today, quite a distance from me, demanded I answer the question from another assistant at a distance for the name of my prescription. HIPAA SCHMIPAA!
