I just had the most mind blowing experience at the Wallgreens drive thru pharmacy with my mother I’m a 17 year old kid and my mother has an infection and she needed the medication fluconazole to get rid of it she also had to get 10 tubes of blood taken today and isn’t feeling well however my mother also has multiple autoimmune diseases a parasite and she’s also being treated and checked for cancer, also since she was a child she has been being treated for multiple mental issues and has always been on a lot of medication since she was young and she has to take pain medicine and antipsychotics and all this stuff I’m got gonna go too much into detail. However me and her were going to the Wallgreens pharmacy near our house and keep in mind this is the only convenience store that has an issue with my mother for whatever reason she usually goes to cvs and other stores but because this one is close to our house and she’s sick right now we went to our local store we get to the drive thru she tells them her name and we are sitting there for about 5 minutes and this young rude lady comes to the window and says she refuses to fill her script and this is where I got upset she says it was because “your clearly falling asleep and I cannot fill this medicine I can call the cops” and like I said my mother is on other medication that’s prescribed to her but this pharmacist doesn’t know that because she gets her other meds from cvs so then I say “wait first of all this medicine is for an infection to get rid of it so I don’t know what that has to do with this she is very sick and takes other medicine too” then this lady proceeded to say that I was also falling asleep while sitting there with my mother and she “has it on camera” I had my phone out and was going through it while waiting looking down at the screen and I’m a 17 year old kid trying to help my mom get better and that’s a very rude and disrespectful thing to say to a child that hasn’t touched a drug in his life I will be going back there alone to speak to this employee and their boss this is not the only time my mother has had a problem with this specific lady and this is absolutely insane now that I’ve been there and seen the way she gets treated especially the way she talked to me I will not let this happen to my mother again I will be coming back there by myself to speak to this women and if she decides to “call the police” it’s only gonna make her look like a terrible individual for treating a sick woman and her child this way I hope this lady gets the karma she deserves and I will be taking action against this specific Wallgreens pharmacy after this incident I’m soo sorry if anyone else has had to deal with something like this I can’t believe how ignorant and rude people...
Read moreIf I could leave -5 stars I would! I went to the pharmacy to Pick up my prescription that I have had filled here several times in the past. I picked up my prescription and went back to my office without checking the bag. I got home and opened up the bag and when I open the bottle I realized I had been shorted. Upon my count, I found that the shortage was 20 pills missing out of 30. I called the store, someone picked up the phone but put it on the counter because I could hear them talking and commenting that it’s almost 9. Then a hangup! I called back and when they picked up the phone again without any greeting, I said right away that I’m recording the call that’s when the woman, whose name is Cassandra, apologized. I told her what happened, she then got very defensive with me and told me that a count of inventory needs to be done. She was rather rude about it. She told me that someone would call me the next morning, which they never did. This morning, I called them and waited on the phone until I got someone named Tran, she had a very thick accent and said she was the pharmacist today. She then told me that they did a count and they did not have an overage. I don’t know how 20 pills can go missing and your count is fine! Besides me being out of 20 which is not a big deal, it should be looked at whatever is going on in that pharmacy that 20 pills can mysteriously Walk away! Walgreens has lost my trust and my business 100%. The way they speak to customers is...
Read moreAvoid this Walgreens at all cost I don’t know if it’s toxic management or what’s wrong but 90% of the staff are unbelievably rude, nasty, and negative. They give dirty looks if you come in within the closing hour, openly complain about how many customers come in near closing, and they talk bad about corporate. I’ve watch them yell at this older lady about pricing when she was clearly in the right. Refused to let people in 10 mins before closing due to someone washing the floors when they were scheduled to stay open until 12am. It’s sad because it’s convenient and I like Walgreens.
Also, Mean little trolls run the pharmacy, I know that sounds harsh but unfortunately I find it hard to describe these unpleasant people without being harsh. Again I don’t know what the problem is at this location. It’s hard enough being sick and fighting insurance but then to have deal with nasty attitudes in the pharmacy? It unnecessary.
Trust me folks, I don’t write reviews unless I’m trying to spare someone from something. This place is toxic. Enter at your own risk. If zero stars were an option then that’s what they would get.
I’ve since transferred my meds and now drive out of my way to see a happy staff at...
