DONT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP AT THE DOCTORS!! I've been to this store a couple of times and the girls working were great. I don't know if they changed management or what but I was here with my friend Tuesday night and we did not have a good experience AT ALL. No one offered to help us when we came in so We had to ask for help multiple times which seemed to seriously annoy the people who were working. Like are you serious....the store was completely empty. The guy who was there couldn't even answer my questions correctly and was getting visibly irritated. We ended up just buying something and leaving because we got uncomfortable. Today when i went to use what i bought i realized that the guy working had given me totally WRONG information. When i was here last year the girls working sold me the Lelo Sona which i LOVED. I wanted to repurchase something similar. I was told that what i was buying was pretty much the same thing. It was NOT the same thing and it HURT SO BADLY. The pain did not go away for HOURS and i had to make an appointment with my doctor who is concerned that i might have nerve damage. And of course they don't take returns. How about you hire some employees that actually know what they're talking about. I have never had an experience like this here before. I will...

I was in the store last week looking for a specific item. I called the store to confirm they had it in stock. Unfortunately they will not give prices over the phone. I went into the store and it was nice with a large selection of items. One of the sales people asked me if I needed help and I told her the specific item I wanted. She brought me to the section and then tried selling me on another item of much higher cost. I asked her about the item I was looking for and she had no clue. I did eventually find it. I saw the cost and I was utterly amazed how overpriced it was. I was willing to shop locally instead of Amazon to give to my local stores but not at that much of a markup. The item on Amazon was 129.00 and they were charging 189.00. A few dollars I understand for convenience I would pay but that is just insulting. I checked out some more items and they are ridiculously expensive on a lot of other items as well. Forget local if this is what they are charging and I will stick with Amazon or other...
