unfortunately, this company lost a very steady customer… I am a local doctor… Who goes to this place several days per week… And this morning… It happened again… I ordered and my order came to $12 and some change… I gave the girl $13… She didn’t even have the change to give me… With the excuse that I have heard several times when I go there is that we didn’t put any cash in the drawer yet could you pay by card… This has happened on multiple occasions … Listen, card is convenient… But you are a business operation you should be ready to serve customers when you open the door for business… It’s not like I had $100 bill or even a $50 bill… I gave $13… And needed change… So the girl who is working… When I mention that they should have cash and coin available to Give change… She proceeded to look perturbed and grabbed the caster out of the drawer and showed me that it was empty… Unfortunately, that’s not an excuse and it doesn’t justify… And I told her that she was going to lose a very steady customer. Here is where they lost me… The girl with the red in her hair… Scooted over to the window… And said “I am the higher up here” And you don’t have to yell at my worker” First of all, there was nobody yelling… They just didn’t like my feedback… The truth hurts… Operate like a legitimate business and you will keep customers… And if this girl is there “higher up”…. She should have some training on how to be Compassionate… And how not to inflate a good customer’s feedback into accusations of yelling. As I said, there was no yelling I don’t yell at people… I am a professional. One time having no cash in the drawer is no big deal… But multiple times on multiple occasions… And then a poor customer service response… I am gone …you lost me forever The take-home message to consumers… Don’t go to this place if you have cash On any...
Read moreLosing a very regular customer. I typically order an iced matcha latte with vanilla and everytime they fight with me about adding in the vanilla saying it doesn’t need it because the matcha is already sweet. They then go and make it without the vanilla EVERY SINGLE TIME despite what I say and say to try it and they can add it if i still want it, im sorry, no, just make simply what I ordered because now it’s awkward and I don’t even want it after you clearly made it not how I wanted it. I also don’t want to give it back after you have me try it to add the flavoring I already asked for because I would like my drink and to be on my way. Another thing is their coffee has not been good and tastes different every time someone else makes it. There is no consistency. When I ordered a Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte it tasted like straight PICKLE JUICE. I had a few friends try it and they were all in disgust. Not sure what is going on but very disappointed, especially because my order is never under $9...

The coffee is great!! BUT....
Twice, the breakfast sandwich I ordered was microwaved so long the bread turned into a leathery plastic consistency that I couldn't bite through. Fortunately one of the times was dine in, and the barista made a new one free of charge.
Today I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese from the drive thru. I received a microwaved bagel with a little plastic container of cream cheese, like guys, I'm ordering a TOASTED BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE FROM A DRIVE THRU. It costs $5.20+ tax. Please TOAST it, and put the cream cheese on for your customers.... I'm driving, I don't want to have to pull over to smear cream cheese on my overpriced plasticky microwaved bagel.
I keep trying to go back bc the first breakfast sandwich I ever ordered here was perfect, it's like an egg McMuffin but super well made. Since then it has been hit or...
