WOW! Books for 50% to 75% off the cover price! Great selection of all kinds of books except textbooks, which is fine by me. If you trade in your nice, used paperbacks, you get in-store credit that knocks your purchase price down from 1/2 to 1/4! That's the best pricing of anyone in town! Some of the harder-to-find books are 1/2 price even if you have credit, but they frequently have the books I want when no one else does, and I still save money. I also get lots of DVD's there, and electronic games for my nephews for really good prices, because new ones are too expensive! There are so many awesome records and posters, it's hard to choose, but I've gotten some for me and as gifts, which were raved about. The owner, Debra, is super-nice and knows a ton of stuff! I walked in wearing a Grateful Dead t-shirt and Kyle told me they had just gotten in a copy of Jerry Garcia Acoustic Band's "Ragged But Right" (record store day release). Got it at a great price. Also found a great condition Cars record as well. This place is a treasure. There's so much to go thru. I was there for an hour and I saw about 10% of the records and books. Kyle is super helpful and he knows so much about all genres of music. It's very laid back and even with so much inventory, fairly easy to find what you are looking for. Such a nice store! I was immediately greeted by Kyle, who was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to purchase two albums (on sale even!) which had been published in the early ‘80’s and had been on my wishlist for a long time. Most of the books I looked at were paperbacks, but they had a nice big variety of titles available. I almost missed the “more shopping” room at the back.
