University Drive Shopping Center — Local services in Denton

Seriously why am I even surprised at this location. It has been over 4 years since i went but i had no time and was forced to stop in and customer service was non existent. Only 1 employee on staff in the middle of the day! Vendors everywhere not being helped and after 4 minutes waiting at register. I finally see the lone staff member coming to help me and the line that has grown behind me and was I greeted or apologized to for the wait ...NO...and the lone staff member is ON her cellphone the entire time she is checking me out I assume talking to her family because I assume she isnt saying I love you to anyone else. I will just keep going next time.

This dollar general makes my dollar general look so gooood....KRUM DOLLAR GENERAL...

The music and poster store get a 5 star and it actually brought up the score I give the entire center. The Dollar General is a decent one that you can almost always find what you are looking for but the down side is that it always looks like a tornado hit it and you have to sometimes moves other items so that you can get to what you are needing. I also love my Redwing shop and miss my old barber who was in there...
