I just asked battery replacement, and they totally broke my watch..

I just walked in and asked battery replacement. one of the staff originally told me its 25$, I said okay. it took almost 30min to just replacing battery which made me worried little.. after that the staff came out and she said she will just take 15$. turned out she broke the strap, the it seems the movement has damaged to. and while after I took this picture, I just found out that the back cover is keep falling apart.. when I asked about those, they just told me, we just replaced battery and said anything else. These folks are the best jewelers around. I asked them if they could make me a custom fathers pinky ring and they hit it completely out the park. My wife, daughters and granddaughter just love the way it looks. Being able to show it off to others and the amazing response I get from people is just great.
