BNSF Railway — Local services in Denver

Unfortunately...I rode the so called"California Zephyr"from Sacramento to Chicago. A noisey ..dirty..uncomfortable ..ride... With tired.. indifferent employees. We were abandoned and cold in the wee hrs of the morning. It was HORRIBLE. In fairness...once I got to Chicago...riding Amtrak was a different experience! Cars were clean and quiet..and employees were attentive and compassionate. Being older..and traveling with a disability can be made more challenging than it needs to be when those we rely on for assistance are indifferent..or inattentive. They were old enough to...

I see this place out my car window very often when I’m driving to my friend’s house in Commerce City or if I go to the airport. I like the lines of the train tracks that are so straight and nice. Sometimes the trains make a loud horn noise and also look fun to ride on. Maybe some day I will ride one! Pretty sad that a father of 2 cant even let his kids out at all because of the rediculous horn. Their is no reason why they need to blow the horn in town. Anytime my kids hear the train coming they have to run inside because its so loud and im sure it would do damage if they stayed outside.
