Placed an online order for a Mexican hamburger and a fry at the park ave location estimated time said 20 minutes. Got there and asked about my order which they couldn’t find and so I looked up the receipt to show and it had only been 7 minutes since I ordered. The lady tells me I ordered from the wrong location and she’ll talk to her manager to see if they can just make it. Came back and tells me it’s probably already made to head to that location. I politely decline and say I’ll pay for another order here as it’s up north during traffic hour and it’s legit a 10$ order to which see says let me go tell the Manager and comes back with the same answer: to head up north and get the burrito. So out of spite I did. Knowing full well the burrito and fry would be soggy and nasty- to which I was correct see pics the fry’s don’t even break they just bend there so greasy and soggy %100 need more than 2 minutes to cook fry’s. Also I ordered a smothered burrito to go that came with no silverware. On top of that it seems like there’s one full grown adult on site cooking while the rest of everyone else is teenagers. Idk what happened to this place it used to be amazing. Like when they had the good crispy crunchy fry’s and they switched to the generic nasty fry’s.

I’ve been coming here every morning for breakfast and I love the food. But honestly, it’s no surprise I’m the only one ever eating in. The music situation is awful. They just play some random radio station through a blown-out speaker, so it sounds like absolute garbage. Half the time it’s talk radio, which is the last thing I want to hear while trying to enjoy a meal. It kills the vibe completely. This spot has so much potential, but it’s frustrating that such a small fix — like getting a Bluetooth speaker and putting on something chill (try Hermano Gutierrez or anything with a good vibe) — could make such a huge difference. Until then, I’m just grabbing my burrito and leaving. It’s not worth sitting in a place that feels like a dentist’s waiting room. Everyone just stands around waiting for their burrito looking miserable.

Outstanding burrito every single time. I’ve noticed the prices slowly going up but it’s so worth it. Edit#1: If you decide to go to this Gomez location on a Saturday, and it's slammed, prepare to wait up to an hour. The person taking your order will tell you it's a 15-20 minute wait, but no, it's around an hour wait. Why you guys allow your restaurant to go past capacity and have a dozen ppl standing outside is beyond me. If you get several orders at almost 200 buritos, and multiple doordash orders that take priority over the dozens of ppl waiting 45+ minutes, maybe have one person working on the single, or double burrito orders. So stupid.

I stopped by this morning to grab some burritos, and it was clear from the start there would be a bit of a wait. I asked how long it would take since I needed to be at work by 7:00 a.m. It was 6:20 a.m. when I placed my order, and I was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes.

At 6:48 a.m., I went back up to the counter because I noticed that people who ordered after me were getting their food—two in particular. I asked how much longer it would be, and was told “10 more minutes.” About 15 minutes earlier, I overheard someone say they needed to reprint receipts starting from order #27—and I was #27. So it seems they went out of order, and my time was completely wasted.

In total, I waited over 30 minutes before having to ask for a refund just to avoid being late for work. The experience was frustrating and disorganized, and to make matters worse, the staff member I spoke with wasn’t even polite. When I expressed my concern, she said, “You haven’t been here that long,” which was just dismissive. I double-checked my receipt as I left—sure enough, it was 6:20 a.m. when I paid.

Overall, I would not recommend this location. Poor service, lack of organization, and an unhelpful attitude made for a...
