First time to Denver. On a family vacation to Cali., needed our coffee run this morning. Well I get here and it all starts good.
I had ordered for my husband and I. So happens that I get his first and still waiting on mine. Place was not busy at all while I was there. But I happen to over hear the one barista ask another from the drive-thru to make my drink.
I have been just waiting and watching as others are being made and given. 10 mins go by and no drink of mine is called. Then the barista in the cafe area had QUIETLY asked the cashier what I was waiting for. She said Carmel frapp.
All this time it’s been just siting and melting away in the drive-thru counter.
Bottom line stop having personal conversations at work while your making customers order. People should not have to wait almost 12 mins for one drink. As they were trying to figure out what had happen to my order, I had asked for my money back.
Oh and by the way if your okay with fruit flys/little flys on any of the food inside the showcase. By all means. They know that there is a problem and instead of trying to solve it. Their personal life conversation is more important then the customers health.

The cashier informed me that the reusable cups were only for tall and grande since I ordered a venti. I let him know that was fine. The young lady called out my name and I noticed that she had given me the holiday cup. I commented to her I had ordered the venti and understood that it didnt come in the reusable cup and was okay with that. I have never gotten that much attitude from someone as they redid my drink to the right size and then decided to make the wrong drink as if I would not taste the difference. Taking two seconds to ask me if it was okay that I didnt want the reusable cup instead of assuming that I paid more for a bigger size and still wanted the holiday cup which holds less would have saved...

My order is a venti or Trenta Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold brew with light ice, 7 pumps of SF Vanilla and extra sweet cream. I’m not one to write a negative review, but I don’t know what it is with this Starbucks. Each time I’ve went the drink tastes like water. I went in this morning to have my drink remade after I ordered and I now see why the drink is bad. I saw them remake it and fill the room with water. It’s a cold brew, not an Americano. The remade drink tasted like water just like the first one! I didn’t even bother and threw it away and went to a different Starbucks. Time for new baristas. Wouldn’t recommend...
