Everyone who works here is so wonderful and so loving towards my sweet boy. Great selection of treats and goods.

The grooming: I had been grooming him myself for the last 5 years, but with a move and new job and long nights…I let his coat get compacted. I had always wanted to take him into the groomers, but for a giant breed that weighs +135lbs, many refused him or would charge +$300!! I knew he had to get groomed before summer and before any serious matting began. I went in to discuss with the groomer who was there, and they were so kind and knowledgeable. My boy instantly took to them. I was given a quote and was shocked at how reasonable and affordable it was so we got scheduled. And today was the day!! He was so comfortable there and did so good for his first groom. HE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!! He is so soft, fluffy and smells wonderful. They even gave me a little doggy groom report card, too cute! I wish I knew the name of the lady with blonde hair who was working the register during my visit. She mentioned she had worked at multiple different locations before. She was super knowledgeable and when I called in search of a new food brand for my doxies, she was able to tell me about the different variations of the brand I was looking for and the benefits of either. She also mentioned the ongoing sale for the brand. When I arrived in-store, not only did she share that the same brand I was looking into had a larger bag that was discounted (as they were phasing out the freeze-dried selection), but also gave a lot of insight into the pros of either variation of the brand. I used to take my cocker spaniel to a grooming salon in the Uptown area. I will never go back to them since I started coming to Chuck and Dons. Your pricing for grooms is much more inexpensive than the other place I went to. My first experience was talking to Priscilla who works the front desk. She was so welcoming and was happy to answer all my questions with a smile. I've been to you 3 times now and Veronica is my go to groomer. Her customer service is amazing and her grooms are outstanding. Cocker cuts are very difficult and technical and every time, my little boy comes out looking like a show dog.
