DUER — Local services in Denver

5 stars for the fit and comfort of the pants, but zero stars for customer service or durability. I have two separate pairs of the No Sweat slim pants retailing at $135.00 apiece and both pairs the zipper has broken in under six months. When I went to their brick and mortar in Denver, I wasn't proactively greeted and only made to feel like I disturbed the clearly too cool to actual provide customer service individual that is working. “Hey love the pants, but I’ve not had an issue with two pairs of pants where I’m not sure it’s a fluke but the zipper broke anything you guys can do?” Simple kind question met with a firm “No.” Not no, but we can take it to a seamstress, no but we’re sorry, nothing resembling a helpful alternative. First off if you’re going price your pants at $135 fine, but they should hold up over time or be replicable for that price tag. Patagonia which you could say may fall in the same category of clothing will either repair on site for you or just exchange the pants no questions asked. Perhaps quality customer service is in the past or perhaps newer brands just don’t believe it. If you have flashy social media and folks will buy it who cares about retaining and having repeated customers. It’s a shame, true flaw really because the pants are comfortable. Durable not so much, companies response lacking, and retail customer service sorely missing.

Never have I ever felt more scammed in my life. These pants that claim to be so comfortable are actually quite literally the most uncomfortable pants I've ever worn in my life. The staff is nice but wouldnt stop spitting random pants facts at me that I truly did not care at all about. It was an annoying shopping experience that I severely regretted after wearing the pants for more than 5 minutes. Not only do these jeans constantly ride up my butt when I'm sitting but they lose their flattering form after wearing for more than an hour. Maybe their non-jean pants are more comfortable but not worth the price to revisit at this point. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS I HATE...

I purchased a pair of DU/ER pants about a month ago from REI. After washing them I noticed the dye ran and my pants now had brown streaks. Needless to say, I was not thrilled. My wife on the other hand loves all of her pants from the brand.

We stumbled across this physical location while on vacation. I expressed my disappointment to the staff. Much to my surprise, they proposed a solution that I could not have been happier with.
