Although some of the instructors are nice and qualified, it's very hit-and-miss. If you are looking for a studio run by professionals, this isn't it. It's basically an out-of-control booking software scheme. The staff working at the front desk can't answer any questions or take care of any billing or reservations because they are not empowered to, their managers are often stressed out, rude, and don't know how to deal with customers, and their policies are just offensive ways to make more money. For one example, below is their cancellation policy:
"I understand that if I late cancel myself within 12 hours of my scheduled class I will lose my class credit + incur a $15 dollar late cancellation charge. I understand that if I no show to my scheduled class I will lose my class credit + incur a $25 dollar no show charge. There are no exceptions to this rule. I understand if my CC is declined my booking privileges will be suspended. I understand if I dispute any charges from Transform that I will be responsible for any fees Transform incurs (charge back fees, etc) attempting to collect my balance."
So, they require a CC on file to CHARGE you you if you have to miss a class you ALREADY paid for, BUT the booking software DOESN'T LET you cancel yourself within 12 hours of the class anyways. So, they charge up to $50 (full price reservation plus a cancellation fee) if you can't make a class.
I've never been to a studio that's this ruthless and money grubbing, and honestly it feels kind of rotten...

Booked through ClassPass, was checked in and signed in only to be told afterwards that I needed grippy socks. I didn’t have grippy socks. They sold them for $22 a pair. I didn’t want to pay $22 on top of a class I already paid for. They wouldn’t let me in unless I paid. I did not pay and left.
I’ve been to tons of different classes all over the city, and never once have I been asked to pay for anything additional for a class (outside of cycling, which is understandable).
Wasted my time, and my money, and came off very predatory. I’ve bought grippy socks in the past for things like skyzone and those were $2 for a pair. For them not to have an option for new guests that’s affordable is scammy.
Outside of the person checking me in they were rude, condescending, very judgmental, unhelpful, and unaccommodating.
There seem to be pretty good reviews, but if you do look at the negative ones the owner attacks the reviewers rather than taking responsibility and attempting to resolve their issues. Gaslighting 101.

Read moreI’ve been coming to Transform for over a year now for yoga and in the past few months for lagree. I’ve done pilates previously, and have fully converted over to lagree! I’ve noticed a huge difference in my core and leg strength since. Both lagree and yoga have been excellent complements to my fitness routine. The RiNo and LODO studios are spotlessly clean and well maintained. All of the yoga and lagree instructors are so friendly and energetic, and I love that proper form and technique is consistently prioritized during classes. Like almost all other small/local service-based businesses, they enforce strict policies regarding bookings and late arrivals. Plan to show up for the classes you book, and give yourself an extra 15 minutes to find parking and get there on time - it’s that easy. If they handed out free make-up classes or let people in five minutes late, they wouldn’t be in business. Would highly recommend Transform if you’re looking to elevate and enhance your...
