Girl Scouts of Colorado store retail shop — Local services in Denver

Shoppers beware of the lunch break. My family was in Denver for the day so we came to shop here and ended up having to mope around for half an hour due to this lunch closure. I really wish the hours were updated on google because there’s really not much else to do in this plaza to pass the time. To top it off the shop was being operated by a strange man. It wouldn’t have bothered me as much if he wasn’t so unkept. No greeting as he unlocked the door, and no offer to help. He walked straight to the counter and sat there on his phone while we shopped. It was just a very bizarre experience. I’ll be paying for shipping...

This store generally has a wide range of selection in what we need for Girl Scouts, but I need to address this fact: They are almost never open. They are only open in the most inconvenient times for someone to take a break from work, so we can never make it. To make it worse, sometimes they are miraculously open at a convenient time, and then we get there - and they're closed. I would recommend ordering your supplies online and only going to this store...

This store has all the things you need to outfit your Girl Scout, as well as lots of fun stuff. The prices are rather expensive, however, and the tax rate in this location is high. One recommendation I will make to anyone going there for badges--thet always seem to be out or short on one or two so leave yourself enough time to have those mailed to you, if necessary.
