We met with Raz twice to make sure my wife could design the ring she wanted and were treated like royalty during our time with him. The ring and band were designed perfectly and exceeded our expectations. I was involved in an accident while the ring was being made which severely limited my mobility. To our surprise, Raz graciously delivered the ring to our house and brought some serious happiness to us during a difficult time. I cannot put to words how happy I am with the engagement ring I got for my girlfriend. From start to finish Raz was incredibly easy to work with. At first we were going to do a more simple ring because of my initial budget for it. I felt no pressure from Raz at any point to go above my budget. After we discussed the first ring I was able to get together some more money and came back to Raz. We kept the same center stone and then talked about the design for the band itself. He had a couple of pieces in his showroom I loved and we designed my ring around those. Again Raz was great about working within my budget with no pressure to spend more. Unbelievable experience! I was looking for a particular luxury watch for over 4 years and tried to get this from the retailers and they never had this in stock. They also tried to make me purchase other watches I did not want in order to move up in line to get the watch I wanted. I decided to go to Gnat Jewelry and ask Raz if he could find me this watch, fully expecting this could take a year or two to find. Within a week, he had this watch in his store for me, brand new- never been worn in box with all the warranty papers etc.
