I've gone here 3 times, and each time have had a decent haircut. I haven't had a 'bad' haircut yet, so I'll keep coming here. The prices are very affordable @$13 w/o tip for a men's haircut.

The reason I"m giving it 4 stars is (1) there is usually a long wait when it gets busy. (2) I felt like my haircut wasn't consistent enough -- it wasn't so different to the point where I felt it looked bad, but I do think that consistency needs to be there for a 5 star rating.

Most of the lady barbers don't speak English fluently, but they are kind and do their best without cutting corners (literally --- lol).

They do not know how to layer hair! If you are a girl with longer hair and want a haircut with layers, I do not recommend. They use a blade to scrape the bottom of your hair then just trim, and it's very uneven and looks like an old broom at the bottom. I might get my own pair of clippers to...
