On Tuseday May 7th, I received an email from Angelica regarding a opening for a 3:45 massage. We exchange 6 emails regarding time and pricing, I let her know which package I wanted and proceed to drive to the appointment. Paid for parking im sitting in the office it is 3:30pm and the therapist comes out and says oh your appointment was canceled and another woman also in the office was taking the spot. He then told me that Angelica the receptionist left early and I would have to take it up with management about the confusion. I asked about parking he came back and handed me $5, and took the other customer back. Funny at 3:31 Yuki sends an email letting me know that the 3:45 spot is no longer available as I'm standing in the office. Absolute worst customer experience, with poor communication between Angelica and Yuki one of them should have let me know before 3:30 that someone else had taken the spot. I wanted a couples massage. I found Izba and it looked nice. I scheduled the appointment via email about a month out. We went back and forth for several messages before confirming a day and time.

Fast forward a few days and I'm out of the country and get an email saying that they need me to call in to confirm my appointment. I respond "can't we do this over email?". Nope. They ask me when I'm back in the country. I give them my answer "I'll be back in 14 days". I thought at this point that they'd just hold the appointment, knowing that I was actively communicating about it, AND it's a couples massage.

So I come back into the country, and immediately reach out to them... Guess what? They booked over our appointment. Not even an apology. ...

This was such a wonderful experience! I’m so glad to have found a proper Russian banya in the heart of Denver. The facilities were super clean and they have loads of measures in place to prevent against COVID - temperature checks, cleanings, the therapist wears a mask the whole time as do you during the portions of your treatment when you’re on your back. I had the deluxe treatment which included hot tub, banya, two massages and a salt scrub and all of it was in the comfort of my own personal room. Such an amazing experience - my body feels refreshed, my skin feels new. I’d highly recommend. Can’t wait to return! Staff were all super friendly and wonderful. The receptionist was awesome.
