I was visiting from out of town and stopped in the shop - very cute items however the return policy is terrible. It is for store credit only. I bought a dress, didn’t even unpack it and returned it within 48 hours and could only get store credit which is very unhelpful when you’re from out of town and they don’t have a lot of things in my size at the store. I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Lariant and was very disappointed. When they arrived, they were dirty and looked like they had already been worn. I reached out—email is the only way to contact them—and was told they had been “cleaned by hand.” If the sunglasses were truly new, they shouldn’t have needed cleaning at all. I returned them right away and never received a refund, despite sending multiple follow-up emails. Terrible customer service and no accountability. I would not recommend ordering...

I’m so disappointed when I see shops who aren’t inclusive to to all sizes. I wanted to support local, and try to when I can, but wasn’t able to with this shop because they don’t have my size. Some clothes aren’t even offered in a large! XL should be (and is to most) an accepted common size with brands. Please, consider being more inclusive to all ladies and their sizes.
