UPDATE: I changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Following my review, the regional director reached out to rectify the situation. She explained that she had addressed the issue with her staff to ensure this won't happen again. I really appreciated her taking the time to send me a personal message!

I have always liked Inspyre Boutique and try to support small businesses when I can. However, due to my recent experience, I will no longer be shopping there, at least not at this location. I purchased a tank top/bralette with very thin straps and only a week later, after one wear and one wash, one of the straps had almost separated from the shirt. I called to let them know I would like to bring it in for a replacement. Apparently, I made the mistake of telling her that I had washed it already because once I arrived at the store, the employee said that she needed to show the shirt to her manager and make sure they could take it back. After a few minutes, she returned to tell me that since it had been washed, they couldn't take it back. When I asked why, she proceeded to point out several spots that she claimed were stains (which were actually just barely visible variances in the ribbed fabric) so they wouldn't be able to resell it. I realize that most stores will not take back clothing that has been washed, but this one was damaged and I had brought it back within their return policy. She then went on to say that they wouldn't take it back anyways because the strap "wasn't actually ripped off yet." Seriously? I left the store and called the Cherry Creek location who asked what shirt I was looking for to make sure they had it in stock and exchanged it for me no questions asked. At least they were able to make up for the incredibly poor customer service...

Oh. My. Gosh. BEST EVER. I struggle everytime I try to find clothing and I was at a bit of a breaking point when I walked in. I traveled to Denver from out of town for a family emergency and didn’t pack well so I needed a few extra things. I walked in and Lindsey (LJ), immediately greeted me. I didn’t think anything of it and said hi, but she walked over and asked how she could help me. I broke a bit and asked if she could please help me pick some things out. She immediately agreed and seemed excited to do so. She even went over and checked the weather for the week to make sure she picked out appropriate clothing. She set up a fitting room and neatly arranged clothing by the style and what they were and talked to me the whole time. I NEVER told her my sizes and she had everything PERFECTLY. Because she was so amazing I wound up buying everything but 3 things she picked out. Very very easy to spend a lot of money here because the clothing is so cute!!! LJ made this an amazing experience and I will be back EVERYTIME I am in Denver and when I replace my entire wardrobe in two weeks when I get back, I’ll be buying most everything from their online store. Oh wow!! This perfect little boutique has my heart!! I needed a wardrobe revamp and was so lucky to be greeted by Julianna as soon as I walked in. She was so kind, welcoming and pleasant to work with. She wasn’t pushy and was perfectly attentive and patient as I tried on a zillion things. She helped me find all kinds of styles that I wouldn’t have typically picked out myself. I LOVE everything I bought! I already can’t wait to come back for fall clothes. This is a MUST stop if you’re in the area.

PS to all the Swifties out there, they have a BOMB selection of sequins and bejeweled dresses and tops. Look no further, this is the place!!

Update & about 10 visits later: this is truly my only stop these days. I love this staff so much! They are so attentive and helpful! They always help me find exactly what I’m looking for. HUGE shout out to Steven!! He is just a gem of a person and exactly who I hope to see when I walk in :) I love him!! Taylor is also amazing and helped me find the perfect outfit again today.
