me and my wife ordered four times from this particular restaurant we had our food delivered on the 5th delivery they claim that they don't come out here to our destination anymore that it's outside the range we later find out in discussion with the manager that the delivery man was griping over our tip Granite the four other deliveries we were very heavy tippers and we just didn't have it that day they complained about the tip that we gave to the last driver and stated they would not come to our destination anymore we all know that tipping does not have to occur it is a blessing from the customer to the delivery man they had no right to complain not to mention their food was second place in the cheesesteak and third place in the buffalo chicken just to be honest their sandwiches were very messy and it did not come with any condiments napkins or plates the driver made us feel bad about being unable to tip him Hefty shame on this world and shame on us to for not managing our money better but you should all know that this...

If I could give them zero stars I would. Where do I begin? I ordered large subs that said 12inches on the menu. I received two 10inch subs which they don't even sell (choices are 8inch and 12inch). My mushroom cheesesteak had no mushrooms or cheese like I ordered. The manager gave me some bs story about how the place they get their rolls from sometimes come in an inch shorter but if that is the case don't advertise a 12inch sub. If this rarely happens as you claim, I guess I must have been special to get TWO 10inch subs, right? You must think your customers are stupid. He also claims you get the same amount of meat and vegetables anyway. Then all he said was what did I want him to do about it? NOTHING at this point because you are pushing 10inch subs as 12 inch subs. Anyway DO NOT ORDER HERE. I'm very disappointed with this place. I've loved their sandwiches for years. Until they had some guy named Logan working there. I ordered items that I never got for five bucks. There's a guy named Nick that said he would take care of it and tell the owner. He said I would get a gift certificate for $5 sent to my address and to this day I have yet to receive it. So I will no longer do business with them because they took $5 from me including the tip that I gave that girl for delivering it for $4. So they got 9 bucks out of me. And as far as I'm concerned they didn't deserve a Penny of it. They've never given me any restitution so therefore I will not go back to a place that takes advantage of their customers like that.
