LOVE LOVE LOVE! Sai is my favorite. My pedi with him was thorough, relaxing, enjoyable, he spent a very decent amount of time massaging each leg and foot. Each and every toe nail was the same length and shape as the last. I had another guy once for my Mani, he didn't know what i meant by half moons. So Sai came over, showed him and explained, and the guy was able to take direction and pick up where Sai left off. I love that. He was even thoughtful enough to remind me to pull out my wallet and keys before he painted my nails. Of course I still managed to mess one up and he happily came over and fixed it for me! I love them and will always come back...

I called an hour before closing to be sure the timing was ok, also to see if it was possible to get a full set and a pedicure with gel at the same time ( time is money) The gentlemen said yes. There were two techs in the building he tried to tell me I didn't need a full set. Grouchy is putting it nicely. With a very generous tip, because that is what I do I was out of the door paying 155.00 and definitely not getting my services at the same time as promised on the phone, I was an hour late to work and walked out with a frown on my face. Big yikes. My toes are botched. The tops of my nails were sanded down with an electric sander leaving my nail bed uneven and bumpy. I can see the uneven shape of my toe nails through my nail polish. It was hot and burned and they didn’t stop when asked. Nail polish is painted over my cuticles and my “straight cut” on my toes is slanted. Why?!? This can’t be professional. I think it is going to take months for my toenails to grow all the way out from the cuticle in order to restore the thick layers they took off the top of my nail. Don’t go here. I won’t be back.
