Panda Express — Restaurant in Denver

This was the worst Panda Express I have EVER been to! I would seriously rather eat at a soup kitchen. I walked in on a schedule because I am a delivery driver and I was on my shift. The ladies who took my initial order were very dazed and just not there mentally. I had someone with me so I submitted my orders and that’s when the absolute madness started. They never chose to update me that an item in my order had to be lprepared. I paid and just didn’t get my order! I assumed they were cooking it so I tried to find a place to sit. Every single table was filthy and all trash receptacles were overflowing like a Colfax bus stop trash can on a Sunday morning. I approached the cashier to ask about my food and after the second time of him saying that it would be 5 minutes, I just asked for my money back and to speak with a manager. He said no managers were there. I also asked if this was normal protocol to not tell customers that there food would not be available for 15 minutes. The ladies behind the counter stated that sometimes they just don’t tell customers that info. After finally getting my food……..it was horrible!! The brown rice was hard, dry, and inedible. Bought an order an used my debit card which had insufficient funds on it so I paid with cash. While waiting for my order I checked my card and saw that I had been charged on my card as well I bring this to (Taylor) the manager's attention. She tells me oh don't worry it'll be put back on my card in about 2 hours. I check the next day it's still not on there so I call and spoke to another female manager that tells me check again later and if it's not there call back. I check it's not there so I call back. The same female manager tells me wait till Monday if it's not there come in and I'll give you a refund and a complimentary meal for the mix up. Today (Monday) I go in to get my refund and complimentary meal. I bring this to the attention of the employee and ask to speak to the manager which is a male dressed like an employee. I tell him what was told to me. He has the meal made but when I asked about my refund he tells me that's the complimentary meal. I ask how is it complimentary if I am not getting my money back and he tells me that's what the other manager meant. I was excellent in vocabulary and definitions in school and today. Complimentary means for free not partially paid !...

Do not go to this location, terrible customer service. This is the second time I was there to pick up an order with bad service and this time I had to tell someone to help me. I walked in and went to the register and waited to be acknowledged, they were helping a few with food. But when one red shirt finished he looked around and stood there. Another red shirt girl was making a change to the coins and walked past me but didn't acknowledge me. Twice. one of them made eye contact with me but did nothing. After 5 minutes 2 of the red shirts on line were at the front of line just looking at a phone while I and another customer were still waiting for pickup. At one point there was opportunity for 4 different people to help, but they didn't. Finally I had to ask the one checking out a third customer to get one of the two who were doing nothing, she called for them but they didn't hear her because both of them had an earbud in their ear.
