Ordered online, food is still warm even though I did arrive 15 mins late for my pickup. Perhaps it wasn’t ready on time and just prepared, I don’t know. I don’t have any issue with that. I never mind waiting extra time as things comes up. I have zero issues with the staff, food itself, location, snow removal, or anything else like that. My low star rating is directed at whomever is in charge making these asinine penny pinching moves that seriously have left an awful aftertaste with this customer, and I’m hoping future people interested in dining or take out here come prepared after reading this review. My issue comes down to how many pennies are you truly saving buying the non-standard 2oz sauce containers and instead buying these 1.5oz sauce to-go containers? I know they typically cost more to purchase these smaller sizes as they are nonstandard in any industry, and I’d be happier just given a standard 2oz cup for my blue cheese not filled to the top. Instead, I was given the same quantity (8 sauces) I ordered in 1.5oz to go cups that were not even close to halfway. How is this acceptable? It even states on BWW website that it’s 210 calories for blue cheese which is roughly 2oz on average for all blue cheese nutrition across the board when you google ā€œblue cheese nutritionā€ so I know I’m losing my mind here folks. This isn’t normal. Irritated y’all felt the need to go out of of your way to be stingy by not only buying smaller cups, but also not telling a soul and then not filling the dang cups! It’s definitely not a standard size choice as I’ve never encountered this at any other BBW location north of 70 (I haven’t tried all locations in CO), and I have never ever not even once gotten this size at any other place that offers sauce on the side. Just ruins the whole experience and it’s unfair to any customer that pays for extra sauce. A little warning would have been appreciated as it’s in the same parking lot as Walmart, where I can buy a whole dang bottle for the price these would have cost had they not been included in my wing selection. Thank goodness I didn’t ask for my sauce on the side for my wings. I’d be stuck with dry wings. Titled the containers so y’all can see how underfilled they are and snapped the back so you can read where it says 1.5oz. The only thing that should ever be standard is a 1.5oz shot of alcohol, of which, this is not! I’ll update my review post if I ever return and this false promise of a standard sauce size is corrected.

First of all, we were at another bar and decided to go to BWW to watch football, drink beer, and eat. We were planning on spending about 6 hours there watching 2 games. We checked the menu before we went there it said they had Samuel Adams Octoberfest as well as their house beer which was 2.99 a class. We get there and they are out of the house beer and had the Octoberfest in the back but still hadn't hooked it up for some reason. So we were disappointed but that we didn't let it ruin the night. We decided to go with some other beers. Then, we decided to order food. We saw that the Classic Chicken sandwich was on special for 5.99. We each ordered on of these sandwiches and WOW! The chicken on the bun was so small, it was half of the size of the bun. NOTHING at all like the picture. (look below. I included a photo of the actual sandwich that I received along with the advertisement) At first I was just gonna go ahead and eat it because a) I was hungry and b) I didn't want to create a scene. I took another look at it and said, there's no way I can feel good about this. So I asked to speak to a manager. After about 10 minutes, a manager by the name of Chris Duncan came out. I told him about the beer and then I showed him that sandwich that they brought me and showed him a picture of the advertised chicken sandwich. He offered to "get me something else" I asked if it were for the same price or is he gonna comp us the chicken sandwich. He said no. I was amazed at his customer service skills, and not in a good way. He proceeded to tell me, "it's only 5.99" and "there's a chicken shortage". I said I'm not paying for that because it's not at all what they were advertising. He said "ok" and threw the chicken sandwiches in the garbage. By this point we had had enough and decided to leave. We went across the parking lot and bought a 4 pound back of frozen wings at Walmart along some Samuel Adams Octoberfest. We went home, turned on the Broncos game, and I cooked the wings in my air fryer. They were great! We ended up having a great night despite Chris Duncan. BWW lost out on at least 100 dollars worth of business because of poor customer service. I'm sure I'll go to BBW again at sometime in my life but I'll never go to that location, at least as long as Chris Duncan is working there.

Party of 3 for dinner on a Friday night about 6:30pm. It was busy but we got seated quickly. It was a festive atmosphere and we had high hopes. When we eventually got our food, it was good as were the portions. Our server, Virginia, was obviously overworked and after a couple minutes sitting in the booth she told us she'd be back in a few minutes to take our order as she was quickly walking by. I said ok, thanks, but she probably didn't hear as she quickly scurried away to the next table. We eventually ordered 3 drinks, an appetizer, and 3 meals. The drinks took a while to get, but I understand because it was busy. My 3 piece chicken strips came out first before our drinks. I got 7 chicken strips but couldn't tell the person who brought it out because they placed the food down and quickly walked away. After a few more minutes, the drinks arrived. A few more minutes and we got meal #2 which was just 6 BBQ wings. Again, we couldn't get a word in because the person only stopped long enough to put the plate down and run away. There were 2 dozen wings instead of the 6 we ordered. After a few minutes, I was able to see Virginia again and tell her we have no problem taking the 24 wings but we only ordered 6. She looked perplexed and took the plate away after it had sat at the table for several minutes. I sure hope they didn't serve it to the correct person because that would be a big health code violation. Several more minutes passed and the 3rd order arrived, and several minutes after that, the 6 wings arrived. Only then did the appetizer show up. We were eventually able to order 1 more drink and then we paid and left. Obviously, they were understaffed. Perhaps don't seat so many guests until you can adequately take care of them. And tell the servers and runners who bring the food out to take an extra 5 seconds to stop and ask if everything looked ok. Also, before you tell me to "fill out the form at the bottom of buffalowildwings.com/faq where it says 'Orders and Visits' so we can get a few more details about where we went wrong?" please note that I didn't see that anywhere on your website. See screenshot attached. Thank you.

Hands down one of the not so good experiences I’ve experienced out of all restaurants I’ve been. To start when we walked in the door (party of 2) we waited to be seated. 1 family of 5 walks in behind us and another family of 2. We were given our wait time of 50 minutes it it was more like 25 AFTER greeter walked right past us and assisted the two parties that came in AFTER US. When we returned after getting a text message for our table to be ready we were again greeted by the same person who took our party count and phone number. Then told us we were the party of 5 instead of 2 when it’s clearly 2 of us instead of 5. After they learned to count we were given the option at the bar where we wanted to sit. We chose our spot and proceeded to scan the QR code for the menu to begin ordering when we are met with the greeter AGAIN to tell us we can’t sit where we were given the option to sit and we had to move to an undesired seat to accommodate the larger party of 5. We moved... Then we met our waiter who showed empathy towards the situation (which we did tip because of the good work ethic) and they took our drink and appetizer order. I received my appetizer first which was rudely thrown in front of my girlfriend and it wasn’t even hers the person didn’t care to ask, dropped it on the table and kept it moving. I was able to order 2 cocktails and a soda before the second appetizer even came out. To put some icing on the cake our waiter came back to our table after we ordered because he said ā€œI didn’t know if you guys ordered food yetā€...And when it did come out it came out with the rest of our meal. Appetizers come first right? So to escalate things even more when all the food is brought out, the same person (long dreads) who dropped the appetizer on the table just starts putting our food in front of us WITHOUT asking who had what and mixing the food up. When I asked ā€œso what burger is thisā€ his reply was ā€œoh, my bad this is the ....... ā€œ. Angry with the situation we just try to enjoy our food which was pretty great (shout out to the chefs, they never get enough credit or tips). Then I started to observe the bar where I was ordering cocktails and the entire staff. Not one time did the bartender was his hands the whole hour I was there. Making drinks, touching dirty plates and dishes. He was also not wearing a mask at all being behind the bar (big heavy set guy) I witnessed 3 different team members drop items from their hands. Management was VERY, VERY sloppy. The entire experience was not up to par. I’ve ate at 14 different restaurants this past week and this is by far the worst. I could have gone to McDonald’s and got the same treatment I got here at BUFFALO WILD WINGS STAPLETON DENVER CO....

Online order pickup, scheduled for 3:40 pickup time on 2/12/23, at this location was absolute chaos. There was a very long line of people, just waiting for their pickup order. There was just one guy (his name was Elias or something, apparently new) telling people to get in line while helping people seated for dine-in. Even when no one was coming in to dine in, he just stood there without helping people in line for pickup orders. Finally, people started asking him about their orders enough that he started "checking in" people in line for the online orders. When we finally got to "check-in" we were told that it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes before our order was ready. When I said "but we made an order online for pickup right now", he just said that it's just going to be what it is and we will have to wait. No apologies or 'sorry for the inconvenience' was uttered. There was a guy that came up saying he placed an order yesterday, he got the same message - he will just have to wait. Again, no apologies were uttered. Then a female employee (Jordan) came out and started saying that one of the fryers broke down this morning, hence the wait - again there was no apologies from this employee either. We then asked why take online orders with designated pickup time? Why not prioritize getting the food ready for online order commitments? Then Jordan became very defensive and rude. I asked for a manager or the owner of the franchise to speak to, then Jordan impersonated a manager and said that she was one. When I asked Elias later, he said that the manager was a guy named Jason White and that he was too busy to come out and talk to me. So either one or both of them lied. When we asked for them to cancel our order right then and there, Elias said something about 7-14 days for it to happen and gave us a receipt, which we assumed was the cancellation of order confirmation. When an employee (vanessa) next to him asked him what he just gave us, he said something to her that indicated that it was not the confirmation of order cancellation. So I asked him to give me the confirmation but he refused and said that it will be done when "she" can get to it. After this incredibly rude and unhelpful encounter, I told them that I would reach out to the company to give feedback, Elias said in an incredibly condescending and rude manner "good luck honey". I am going to report this experience to Better Business Bureau. If your company stands by this type of "service" from your franchisees and employees, I have serious doubts about your...
