Hands down one of the not so good experiences Iāve experienced out of all restaurants Iāve been. To start when we walked in the door (party of 2) we waited to be seated. 1 family of 5 walks in behind us and another family of 2. We were given our wait time of 50 minutes it it was more like 25 AFTER greeter walked right past us and assisted the two parties that came in AFTER US. When we returned after getting a text message for our table to be ready we were again greeted by the same person who took our party count and phone number. Then told us we were the party of 5 instead of 2 when itās clearly 2 of us instead of 5. After they learned to count we were given the option at the bar where we wanted to sit. We chose our spot and proceeded to scan the QR code for the menu to begin ordering when we are met with the greeter AGAIN to tell us we canāt sit where we were given the option to sit and we had to move to an undesired seat to accommodate the larger party of 5. We moved... Then we met our waiter who showed empathy towards the situation (which we did tip because of the good work ethic) and they took our drink and appetizer order. I received my appetizer first which was rudely thrown in front of my girlfriend and it wasnāt even hers the person didnāt care to ask, dropped it on the table and kept it moving. I was able to order 2 cocktails and a soda before the second appetizer even came out. To put some icing on the cake our waiter came back to our table after we ordered because he said āI didnāt know if you guys ordered food yetā...And when it did come out it came out with the rest of our meal. Appetizers come first right? So to escalate things even more when all the food is brought out, the same person (long dreads) who dropped the appetizer on the table just starts putting our food in front of us WITHOUT asking who had what and mixing the food up. When I asked āso what burger is thisā his reply was āoh, my bad this is the ....... ā. Angry with the situation we just try to enjoy our food which was pretty great (shout out to the chefs, they never get enough credit or tips). Then I started to observe the bar where I was ordering cocktails and the entire staff. Not one time did the bartender was his hands the whole hour I was there. Making drinks, touching dirty plates and dishes. He was also not wearing a mask at all being behind the bar (big heavy set guy) I witnessed 3 different team members drop items from their hands. Management was VERY, VERY sloppy. The entire experience was not up to par. Iāve ate at 14 different restaurants this past week and this is by far the worst. I could have gone to McDonaldās and got the same treatment I got here at BUFFALO WILD WINGS STAPLETON DENVER CO....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOnline order pickup, scheduled for 3:40 pickup time on 2/12/23, at this location was absolute chaos. There was a very long line of people, just waiting for their pickup order. There was just one guy (his name was Elias or something, apparently new) telling people to get in line while helping people seated for dine-in. Even when no one was coming in to dine in, he just stood there without helping people in line for pickup orders. Finally, people started asking him about their orders enough that he started "checking in" people in line for the online orders. When we finally got to "check-in" we were told that it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes before our order was ready. When I said "but we made an order online for pickup right now", he just said that it's just going to be what it is and we will have to wait. No apologies or 'sorry for the inconvenience' was uttered. There was a guy that came up saying he placed an order yesterday, he got the same message - he will just have to wait. Again, no apologies were uttered. Then a female employee (Jordan) came out and started saying that one of the fryers broke down this morning, hence the wait - again there was no apologies from this employee either. We then asked why take online orders with designated pickup time? Why not prioritize getting the food ready for online order commitments? Then Jordan became very defensive and rude. I asked for a manager or the owner of the franchise to speak to, then Jordan impersonated a manager and said that she was one. When I asked Elias later, he said that the manager was a guy named Jason White and that he was too busy to come out and talk to me. So either one or both of them lied. When we asked for them to cancel our order right then and there, Elias said something about 7-14 days for it to happen and gave us a receipt, which we assumed was the cancellation of order confirmation. When an employee (vanessa) next to him asked him what he just gave us, he said something to her that indicated that it was not the confirmation of order cancellation. So I asked him to give me the confirmation but he refused and said that it will be done when "she" can get to it. After this incredibly rude and unhelpful encounter, I told them that I would reach out to the company to give feedback, Elias said in an incredibly condescending and rude manner "good luck honey". I am going to report this experience to Better Business Bureau. If your company stands by this type of "service" from your franchisees and employees, I have serious doubts about your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered online, food is still warm even though I did arrive 15 mins late for my pickup. Perhaps it wasnāt ready on time and just prepared, I donāt know. I donāt have any issue with that. I never mind waiting extra time as things comes up. I have zero issues with the staff, food itself, location, snow removal, or anything else like that.
My low star rating is directed at whomever is in charge making these asinine penny pinching moves that seriously have left an awful aftertaste with this customer, and Iām hoping future people interested in dining or take out here come prepared after reading this review.
My issue comes down to how many pennies are you truly saving buying the non-standard 2oz sauce containers and instead buying these 1.5oz sauce to-go containers? I know they typically cost more to purchase these smaller sizes as they are nonstandard in any industry, and Iād be happier just given a standard 2oz cup for my blue cheese not filled to the top. Instead, I was given the same quantity (8 sauces) I ordered in 1.5oz to go cups that were not even close to halfway. How is this acceptable? It even states on BWW website that itās 210 calories for blue cheese which is roughly 2oz on average for all blue cheese nutrition across the board when you google āblue cheese nutritionā so I know Iām losing my mind here folks. This isnāt normal.
Irritated yāall felt the need to go out of of your way to be stingy by not only buying smaller cups, but also not telling a soul and then not filling the dang cups! Itās definitely not a standard size choice as Iāve never encountered this at any other BBW location north of 70 (I havenāt tried all locations in CO), and I have never ever not even once gotten this size at any other place that offers sauce on the side.
Just ruins the whole experience and itās unfair to any customer that pays for extra sauce. A little warning would have been appreciated as itās in the same parking lot as Walmart, where I can buy a whole dang bottle for the price these would have cost had they not been included in my wing selection. Thank goodness I didnāt ask for my sauce on the side for my wings. Iād be stuck with dry wings.
Titled the containers so yāall can see how underfilled they are and snapped the back so you can read where it says 1.5oz. The only thing that should ever be standard is a 1.5oz shot of alcohol, of which, this is not!
Iāll update my review post if I ever return and this false promise of a standard sauce size...
