HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I never experience something like this before. I will never go to this store again and advise you not to as well. The Store was filthy, the front entry doors seem like they were about to fall off too.
Anyway.... I went into the store at 7:20pm to use the self-server printers to print 9 sheets of 11x17 off a USB. Only One of the Two printers were working. As I was navigating through the screen the machine was reading my USB but not pulling up any files. I asked the employee if she could help. Mind you she was already throwing a temper at the vacuum and was very discussed that I ask for help. I'm a very calm person and did not take it personal. She continued to throw excuses and even told me that they have been having issues with this USB reader on this particular machine. I then asked if she could just print it from the back, this made her even more pissed. She attempted to start and as she was sitting at the computer in the back she was mumbling and threw something off the desk, and it hit one of the machines in the back. She continued to give me excesses and said "You need to leave and go to Kinkos we're about to close" - wish I did! I then asked if someone else could help, she then called a different associate over to help, apparently the manager. This guy was fine and calm. I stated to him that this particular employee was very rude and was throwing stuff in the back print area. He didn't seem to care. I get it, people have bad days, I do to, but her actions were uncalled for. He did help get it figured out. As he was helping me another associate came by and stated several times that we were about to close. Mind you I have been in the store now for about 35 mins trying to print 9 sheets of paper, the store was not closed, it was closing at 8:00pm. This same employee than made it a point to say "Since we are printing it back here, we will be charging you an additional 25%" - I stated, "I don't care, I need these sheets printed". As the sheets were printing the "manager" asked if I could pay at the register, I said "Sure, I can do that". as we were walking this same woman continued to walk behind us and said very rudely and loud to the manager "I want to see how you charge this and add the 25% fee".

Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. I come in multiple times to get things printed for work. Every order I have submitted, either ends up missing something, Delivery/Order time is changed after my order, they do not cancel orders/refund you for them sometimes, and even coming in to make orders, the employees will not put in your order and will forget. I have tried really hard to give these guys a chance and I had to keep telling myself they are overwhelmed, it won't happen again. But It gets worse every visit. PLEASE DO NOT DEPEND ON THEM FOR PRINT ORDERS! If you want to have nothing printed on time, and for them to miss a few copies they will happily ruin your event. Do not bother asking them in person because they will not put your orders in correctly and they will not correct the issue, you will end up at the back of the line of orders even though your order was made a week ago. The employees complain about how they are overworked and how their coworkers are lazy which is extremely unprofessional. The owner needs to be ashamed for overworking his employees, because the poor management and service is showing. I gave you way too many times to prove me wrong but I am countlessly disappointed. Same-day printing? What a joke. Even if you make plans ahead of time and EVEN check in-person on the status of your orders they will lose your order, or never finish it on time. STAY CLEAR! You are better off printing yourself
UPDATE: I have not been refunded for an order they had lost, I had cancelled the order in person and online and told the staff I was going to print this order myself. They once again ignored me in the store and still printed the order, and the print wasn't even available until after my event to throw more salt in the wound. If I can save anyone else making print orders from this place, THEY WILL STEAL...
Read moreVery frustrating experience with the 8601 W Cross location in Littleton today. I ordered a same day sign for an event that is in 2 days. The online system said it would be ready by 6. At 5:30 I hadn’t received an update so called to confirm the status. I was told the print folks had left for the day, my order was processing, and they could not confirm if it was going to be ready by the event or not. He suggested I call back in the morning to connect with the print staff who could give me a more accurate eta or to try and cancel the order. I asked if I could speak to the manager on shift to help me understand my options (should I cancel or will the print be done by the event). The manager would not take my call. (I was told the manager said “tell them I’m not here”).
The only reason I gave this 2 star instead of 1 is because the young man who answered the phone was incredibly polite and helpful (he truly went above and beyond for a situation that wasn’t even in his department). He profusely apologized and after a few calls back and forth, he was able to cancel my order. I’ve now placed the order with the 690 wadsworth store and talked with their staff before I placed the order to confirm they could have it done.
My frustration with the Cross store is their lack of communication about them needing a few days to process a same day order, the manger telling staff to say “tell them I’m not here”, and a frustration it took a few calls back and forth to get a resolution (the order canceled).
I’m incredibly disappointed with this location and am looking forward to a more positive experience with the Lakewood location.
I also hope there is some additional training offered to the manager who was on shift when this issue arose. Their response was very unprofessional...
