Warning eat some where else.
That is the short story. I ordered the talipia with jumbo lump crab. I should have taken a picture of it so everyone that is a foodie like me would be able to chuckle at it. The crab was what is left in the bottom of the can after all the lumps come out. Second, I had to de-bone my filet before I could eat it. Third my fish resembled what happens to fish when you forget it on the grill burnt.
Now that that is aside let me draw you a picture. Here I am spending the last night my family is in town at one of our previously favorite restaraunts outback stake house. As we finish out appetizers we eagerly await our food. When it comes we recieve. 2 salmon over cooked and with out the bourbon baccon glaze the dish should come with. A rare stake that is supposed to be medium, and my meal which is supposed to be lactose free as I am lactose intolerant. Now being honest I usually need to send my food back because they didnt follow the whole dont put butter in it so I was not too surprised. On attempt 2 my fish comes back out no butter but cooked even more then the first time. The other food, well it took some time but found its way to the table about 15 mins later, and was just simply prepared poorly. After I began to eat my meal I noticed that the crab didnt quite taste right and asked my father in law to confirm. He said it tasted a little old but didnt taste off to him. I took a few bites and really couldn't force myself to eat it. So as the night continues I notice I'm starting to feel a bit sick. Now, fast forward to me now home, as I recover from giving my dinner back to nature I have a few comments to say. One, the manager came to our table with the re fired food and made sure everything was correct so good on him. At the end of the meal the server came back and apologized that 3/4 of our order was wrong so good on them. However, the meal I was served was inedible and the manager rodney said that If i got food poisoning to let them know so they wouldn't feed anyone else the bad food they served me. Also that they would pay for the medical bill that may be a result. If you break that down it's just blowing smoke. The bill was full price and there was no exception made. This situation was handeled in the worst way possible and I will never eat there again. I am a trained chef and my wife managed front of the house. For a large chain like outback to mistreat their customers to this level is simply unforgivable. Thank you for ruining my last night with family.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE...

I’ve been a loyal customer of Outback Steakhouse for years, but my recent visit left me thoroughly disappointed. The experience started on a sour note the moment I walked in. The silence in the restaurant was deafening, with all the customers awkwardly lined up along one wall in booths. The booth we were seated in had a torn cushion, and the floor was sticky—definitely not the clean, welcoming environment I’ve come to expect.
Our server was attentive and friendly, which was a bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant experience. However, they forgot to bring plates for our appetizer. Speaking of which, the tuna appetizer was the highlight of the meal and was quite good. Unfortunately, the positives ended there.
When our main meals arrived, the portion sizes were shockingly inconsistent. I ordered the lunch-sized portion, which looked ridiculously small next to the dinner portion my son ordered. On top of that, the baked potato and steak I received tasted off, as if they were old or improperly stored. While the manager did replace the potato and take the steak off the bill, the replacement steak still tasted strange and far from fresh.
What really floored me was the cost. Despite the issues with our meal and the adjustment to the bill, we still ended up paying nearly $100 including tip for what should’ve been a quick lunch. I couldn’t believe that one soda water and one lemonade cost over $8. Maybe I’m out of touch with prices these days, but for what we received, this felt outrageous.
This particular Outback location has really gone downhill in recent years, and it's sad to see such a decline in quality. What used to be a go-to spot for good food and a pleasant experience now feels like a place cutting corners and struggling to maintain basic standards. I hope they take this feedback seriously because, at this point, I can’t see myself returning...
Read moreWe ordered food from Outback on New Years day so we were expecting a wait to receive it. It took 2hrs to get to us but still had been packaged fairly well and was luke warm. The driver took it straight from Outback to us. Our meal was missing elements but I feel like 98% of the time we order on Uber Eats there is an item wrong or missing. I truly don't think everyone business should or can do take out in this style and probably should consider this. If you are to busy and can't give attention to your take out orders just shut it down. It took alot to come back to this Outback the last time we were here my steak was gray, yes gray. The server apologized profusely and took it off the bill but the manager refused to come to the table in a nearly empty restaurant so I was slightly turned off by the situation which was already going poorly due to service and food timing or not coming out at all. Fast forward to last night. We ordered the filet medium rare and got it raw. It was purple and fatty. We couldn't eat it until we cooked it. Our additional side was missing that we paid extra for, as well as a side salad. The rice came rolled up in some tinfoil which actually kept it warm but the taste was weird and it was over seasoned. Probably just won't be back to this location. They don't seem to care about quality or service anymore. And Covid isn't a good enough excuse...
