I decided not to post the same day this happened and let it sit for a while but I'm still a bit chapped about it. I went through the drive through a couple of weeks ago for a burger combo and when I got home surprise! There was no burger on my burger!
It made me mad enough that night to drive back down there and make it right. I talked to one of kids working there who was appropriately embarrassed and apologetic then I heard him ask the cook (who I won't name to spare him the embarrassment) and the kid cooking said something to the effect of "ah it'll be alright." Uh no it won't and I'm standing right here. They offered to make me a new ACTUAL burger that I declined and I asked for refund instead to which they said we can only give you a refund for the burger not the combo according to the manager. That probably wasn't the best answer that night. Anyway the kid who helped me after I went back was super helpful and embarrassed but I told him it wasn't his fault and not to feel bad about it.
For the kid who was cooking: You had ONE job to do right and failed miserably. Did you really think a customer wouldn't notice there wasn't a burger in their burger they ordered? What part of your brain told you that would be ok?
Oh yea and I had a drink with the lid that popped off also like someone on here just to add to the insult.

Read moreThe girl who takes the orders through the drive thru afternoon on 9/5 & 9/6 is extremely rude. Says Marissa on my receipt but not sure if that’s the her since other people take the payment from the one who takes the order. She is a thin young girl with long dark hair with highlights. She had it pulled back in a low bun with a visor on. She has a big bump in her nose. She has a bad attitude and doesn’t listen or communicate well. They should really have someone else taking orders. Not to mention the fries were only half full and burgers were sloppy. At least before the food use to be decent. We use to enjoy going here but when you have to deal with a negative person taking your order ever time and you have to worry that it’s going to be wrong each time. Especially because she makes you repeat it since she does Get it the first time. Yet does not repeat it back. I would rather drive out of the way to In-n-out. Not only do they have good food that is less expensive. They always have friendly employees who listen the first time and make sure to repeat it back so that they verify they heard you correctly. Who seem to actually appreciate their customer. Unlike this girl who seems bothered to take your order even though that is what she is...
Read moreI have to leave a review because I absolutely love Good Times so much. It has become my favorite fast food burger by far. I almost always just get their classic #1 cheeseburger by itself. It comes with crisp lettuce, a cold tomato slice, pickles, and onions. The patty is delicious every time and the vegetables taste fresher than if I were to buy them myself in a grocery store. It is only $5 for the burger, and to me it beats many burgers at sit down restaurants. I know I sound obsessed, but that's because I am!!
Now for even more nerdy detail: I researched into this Colorado chain today, because I was curious about why everything tastes so good, and found out that they source their beef from a ranch in Montana that is 100% natural and vegetarian fed. No wonder the burgers taste so good. My grandpa was a small town meat packer in Idaho when I was growing up, and he always bought 100% grass fed beef, before it was the cool hipster thing to do. These burgers remind me of the burgers I ate on my grandparents' porch in the summertime. I have had the other, more hyped up burger chains before, and nothing compares in my...
