I am only giving two stars because the Taiwanese chicken was delicious and our bubble teas were good. Came here on Sunday (Mother’s day) to get the Japanese pancakes, waited in line (which extended out the door) for maybe around 45 minutes only for a woman to walk by and tell us that if we were there for the pancakes it was an hour and a half wait. This was shocking enough and not convenient, as ViVi is 30 minutes away from where I live and we went out of our way to go there. Plus I have a dog at home so I sent my Fiancée home to take care of the dog while I waited. Ended up waiting 2 and a half hours and no Japanese pancakes. I talked to some customers who had been waiting for their pancakes since before I even put my order in. They were told to come back later that night and told me I should come back as well, because I’d probably be there for another 4 hours. Absolutely absurd. I ordered 2 pancakes whereas some people walked out with 8 at once. Staff were nice about it although I’m not one to voice my emotions when upset. Fast forward to a few days later, my fiancée goes back to get the pancakes and waited in another long line, and was told (again) to come back later as there was a 40 minute wait. He told them he would go back but if I was there, I would’ve just asked for a refund at that point and never come back. Two hours of driving to get two pancakes. If you’re going to offer an exclusive item like that, why would you only offer it one day a week and cause all of this mess for so many customers. Also the poor staff were so overwhelmed and had to deal with angry and upset people… why? I think they really need to strategize another business strategy. I’m so upset at my experience here I really can’t recommend...
Read moreI recently stopped by Vivi Bubble Tea and was really impressed by their menu variety and quality. The fries were amazing—crispy and flavorful, a perfect snack to go with the drinks. I also tried their vegan sandwich, which was surprisingly tasty and a great option for plant-based eaters.
For drinks, the Thai milk tea was outstanding—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The strawberry slush was super refreshing with a fresh, natural fruit flavor that didn’t taste artificial at all. Their boba drinks overall are solid, with chewy tapioca pearls and plenty of customization options for sweetness and ice.
The only downside was the donuts, which were just average—not bad, but nothing special compared to the rest of the menu.
Overall, Vivi Bubble Tea offers a fantastic selection of snacks and drinks with authentic flavors and great quality. It’s definitely a spot I’ll be returning to for the Thai milk tea, strawberry slush, and those amazing fries! Highly recommended for bubble tea lovers and anyone looking for...
Read moreSuper delicious! 🍽️My favorite snacks are Taiwanese sausages and fried chicken! Potato hot dog sticks! I have two of these🤗. They are crispy and not greasy. They are very addictive. Regarding the dessert, the soufflé is very delicate, soft and just the right amount of sweet compared to the cakes I have eaten! Paired with milk cap and fruit, it can be said that I have eaten a very authentic cake overseas. I don’t usually eat cakes, but this one is really worth a try! The drinks are also very good🙋, but the 30% sweetness feels similar to the normal 100% sweetness I drink in China. This still needs to be adjusted. The overall atmosphere in the store is also very good! The experience is very good! ! !...
