Former Dispensary Manager of 3 years here. Went to Levels as I just moved to the area and they had the best selection in the area. I don't buy in quantity because of my new job and I don't smoke often. It became pretty obvious, pretty quick that they don't cater to customers buying a eighth or two of flower.
The budtender was short with me and didn't really help me try to understand pricing and what they had available, just tried to rush me out the door. A lot of their flower is ONLY available in large quantities and this isn't disclosed on their website. When I got home, the flower looked good for $30 a eighth but then I broke it up and BOTH eighths I got (Jet fuel OG/ Wedding Cake) had seeds in it. I've easily found 3 seeds in each eighth. Flower was good after I picked all the seeds out of it, but I wouldn't say $30 good. They did give me 10% off for being a new customer though so I guess I got $3 off each eighth.

Got 2 g's of 2 different flowers and a pre roll the first nug in the first gram I opened revealed in plain sight a seed. Not cool yes it was the only one I've found so far but still. A greedy grower makes for less quality bud and for the mid range price I shouldn't be finding seeds. The second gram (first strain being mandarin sunset) purple reign has a disgusting amount of what should have been trimmed off. Again bad cultivating. The gram also had a good portion of its weight stolen by stems as well. I took pictures of both. I'm tempted to cut the pre roll open but I know it was the cheapest one so I guess I'll just smoke it. Definitely pleased with the staff and location, not please at all with the product they sell or at least what I've seen so far. Prolly...

She threatened to call cops and we said she should but instead she called security from another location and he confirmed it was real. We did not receive and apology from her or anything. She just blamed other employees and said she didn't trust them. Dont think it's her employees fault, instead it was her who was in the wrong. Unfortunately she ruined this place for me and I'll never return. Cashed out my 800 reward...
