I have been researching engagement rings and wedding sets for the last 2 months with one particular store. I knew what my gf wanted and what I wanted to purchase within my budget. A week ago, the store I was using had prices higher than normal. I presumed it was due to the holiday season and I was prepared to wait until January for prices to cool down. I decided to talk with my gf about my experiences and she gave me the advice of checking around with other stores. I spent last month researching online and stopping by several stores. None of the sections and prices caught my eyes. Then one day I did a google search for quality stores and I came across Helzberg Diamonds. I had the intention of just purchasing an engagement ring without the wedding band. I came into my local Helzberg Diamonds store and was well greeted by the store staff. I met the Princess the sales associate. She inquired if I have been there before and what I was looking for. When I was able to answer her questions, she was able to show me a large selection of choices within my budget and ring style. I thank God that I came here as we looked at all the choices and I found one ring I loved. I was set with acquiring that ring by then Princess came back with an engagement set that was a style that was discontinued. In my mind I wanted a set that was unique and when she showed me that set, I was sold. Princess explained the whole process to me and the purchase plans. She was professional, courteous, and made sure I knew all the specifications of my ring set and what my purchase plan was. I was able to purchase the set and the protection plan. Now thank God I'm set for working on my proposal for my gf and I also have the wedding ring. I've been living in the area for years and I've never been to this store until this week. Choosing the right engagement and wedding rings can be an overwhelming decision and having knowledgeable professionals at your disposal surely can make a world of difference. I was attended by Princess (Yes! Princess is her name although low-key think she is a princess too) She was genuinely invested in helping my now husband and I find rings that we would absolutely love.

After looking at almost all the rings they had to offer I found something I really loved.

Princess highlighted that we can design our rings, which is a cool feature Helzberg offers. We took advantage of that option by creating one of our rings, it was a pleasant experience. Our order was completed within the expected time frame and looked even better than anticipated.

I recommend adding a protection plan to your order. It comes in helpful when needed.

We needed someone to officiate our wedding. After spending hours with Princess looking at rings. We learnt that she is an officiant. We had such a wonderful shopping experience that we later enquired if she could officiate our wedding. We felt like Princess was a good fit for us. She is a warm and friendly person, who was thrilled to learn about our story and incorporated it to our ceremony in such a detailed and touching way.

Even though we were mainly assisted by Princess, staff at Helzberg are great! Customer service is excellent in general. 10/10...

They need new employees. I went there to buy a ring and it was the worst experience ever. The lady who sold me the ring didnt seem to know what they had or how to order anything. I wanted a ring with three birthstone hearts. Aquamarine, garnet, and ruby. If I wanted authentic stones it was an additional $200. Then at the register the lady said a REAL ruby was ANOTHER $175. I told them I wanted real stones to begin with not surprise costs at checkout . Then I stopped in 2 weeks later when it was supposed to be ready and it took them about an hour to realize it was NOT in. The one lady was snotty and was like "who called you.. If we don't call its not in." Fast forward till after Christmas the ring was the wrong size and the seller told me since I spent about $900 it was a free resize... They wanted to charge me $80. But the insurance was $120 so I got that. Now I had to wait another 3 weeks for the ring to be ready. my GF called 1/10 and they said it was in. But the lady that helped her was VERY RUDE. My GF asked why we weren't called and she said they don't have time to call anyone, if they called customers they would be on the phone all day... Well I was called when the ring first came in.. She didn't check the ring size. Just kept rushing my GF out the door. This is the third time I had to deal with incompetent employees for 1 sale.. Ill be going to Stephen...
