We have visited this restaurant many times. It is actually one of our favorite places. Tonight was AWFUL. We put in for our table with call ahead guest list and were told 1 hour. We went to show carnival for about 40 minutes and by the time we pulled into the mall parking lot we got a text saying our table was ready. We hurried in and went to the host. We checked in but asked if our table was an actual table, half booth/half table or a booth. We politely asked for a table or half booth/half table because I am too large to fit in the booth, it is uncomfortable. They said it would be a few minutes longer but we would get the next available table and were asked to wait in the mall area as we could not wait in the lobby. We were okay with that and went to wait. We waited for 20 minutes and received a message that said they were sanitizing our table and it would be just a minute longer. 15 minutes later we hadn't received anything to let us know that our table was ready. We went to the hostess to inquire as to what was taking so long to sanitize the table. She went and got the manager and she came and spoke with us. She claimed that what was taking so long was that we didn't ask for a table until we got there, ok that's true but you never blame the guest, that's bad customer service. The manager then continued to say that the family had already paid and the table had been sanitized but they were waiting for them to leave. I'm sorry but you CANNOT sanitize a table with people sitting there. It was another 5 minutes before we were told we could finally be seated (at this point we had been waiting almost 2 hours since our initial call to be on the waiting list). As we walked up to the table the manager was sanitizing it, but I thought she said it was already sanitized? LIES. We were already irritated but knew what we wanted for the most part, including our 7 and 8 year olds who were starving. We ordered our drinks and waited another 15 minutes after that before the waitress came back to take our order. Once we ordered our food came out relatively quick but we ordered an appetizer which came out first, buzz wings. We had no silverware when that came out so we waited about 5 minutes for that. At the time we also asked for 3 glasses of water, which took asking 2 different people for them and 20 minutes. When we got our food it was definitely not what we were used to from red robin. They made my husband's burger with kids patties and my daughter's chicken was burnt and paper thin. There was one gentleman who was running food and drinks and bussing tables that was actually more helpful than our server. He waited at the bar until my drink was finished, constantly cleared empty dishes from our table and brought out the 2nd orders of our kid's bottomless side orders. We ended up tipping him more than our waitress. Overall, a horrible experience at a place we used to enjoy but thanks to the ONE gentleman who made things a little better. Read moreMy experience at this location was very unpleasant! We initially waited 40 mins for a table which was fine as we walked around the mall. (Which was a disaster in itself as no one maintained social distancing, walked down the aisles according to the arrows, etc) My son has been wanting to try this for years as he sings that catchy "Red robin yummm" all the time. To celebrate his achievement I agreed to try it yesterday and take him as we finally saw a restaurant around us. Upon being seated we were sat in the middle of 2 tables and across from one. There was no "open" tables being left to distance. Daniel our waiter was very charming, diligent, observant and knowledgeable about their menu as he helped up navigate ordering. The waiter made a joke about not getting tipped well as customers say they will tip him well but, after their meal it falls short. I see why. They offer "bottomless sides" with a "gourmet" or other burger. If you chose a off side it is a $1.49 up charge to make it "bottomless". The food came to our table and 2 out of 3 orders were wrong right off the bat and wrong a multiple of times thereafter. I asked for a plain cheeseburger well and they added their extras to it. The took it back then it came back soaked in their garlic butter along with a puddle of grease/garlic butter on their garlic fries I ordered. They wrap the burger in a foil wrap which if you've been you can imagine how much grease was there for it to soak through. This time they gave us a new bun to put the burger patties on. The took the fries back and brought out new ones that were not sitting in the garlic butter grease. All of the burgers were not just well done but, very overcooked to the point of burning/charring. The "bottomless" fries came in a separate basket as well as with the burger so that was a bit redundant. The other waiters kept breaking and dropping glasses all around us. The one had a stack full of cups against his chest that he held with his hands and chin. His hair hung all over the rims on the top glasses. Their bathroom was filthy and tp was all over the floor. To note this experience was awful is a understatement!! This was the first and last time I will be going to a Red Robin! The quality of food was poor, the expensive prices and very poor service has me rate this less than 1 star but, giving I am forced to star rate it this is why it stands at 1 and not zero. To follow up I tipped the waiter a $20 for around a $57. or so bill and walked out. It wasn't totally his fault the food and etc was really bad. He tried his best with what he was working with. Needless to say it was not "Red Robin Yumm" It was "RED ROBIN YUCK"!!!!! Best of Luck if you go here! Hopefully this helps anyone thinking of going here. Thanks and Take Care. Stay safe Everyone!...

I have on 2 separate occasions ate at this specific Red Robin & both times the waitress was so overly miserable & nasty... on my last trip I actually yelled at my waitress because of her blatant nastiness & ignorance. They now have a tablet at your dinner table for kids to play games etc. you can also pay for your meal at the table. After our meal I attempted to pay using the tablet, after several failed attempts & hitting the help button repeatedly the waitress comes over & I ask if she could take the payment at the register because the tablet wasn't working, she says to me oh it's fine, it works, just do it on the tablet, again I told her it isn't working & keeps saying card reader error, she hits 2 buttons then says just follow the prompts it will work, turns & walks away. I try repeatedly, then call her over again... at this point I'm beyond frustrated at her attitude as if I was bothering her, I say to her it's not working, she says yes it is it's fine so I say did it take the payment she says yes it's fine, I say but there's no receipt she says as rude as can be "well there wouldn't be duh.. it doesn't print as if I'm stupid, & again walks away. At this point I am fed up, already stating that I will never return to this place. I gather my daughter & proceed to walk out. This lady comes running out of the restaurant screaming "hey get back here right now you can't just leave without paying." I was furious, I have never been so humiliated & embarrassed. I lost it, I told that lady exactly what I thought about her. I paid my bill, purposely leaving no tip. I suppose she got the last laugh because 2 days later as I'm looking through my account transactions I notice that the charge is $5 over the price on the receipt, she wrote in a $5 tip, when I contacted the bank they said that nothing could be done because I signed the receipt without writing the total without tip again at the bottom of the receipt... lesson learned!! If a receipt has the option to write in a tip & final total... make sure if you do not wish to tip that you put the total that you wish to pay on the final total. I hate leaving bad reviews, & I always take into consideration that people have bad days etc., however this experience was overwhelmingly nasty & they should truly should be ashamed of themselves for such horrible...
