Cellairis — Local services in Deptford Township

This is the worst place I went to specifically in the detford mall on the top floor imma tell you my story so on April 28 I walked in to get my phone fixed they say name a price I said 60 they said 70 I said okay. I get my phone fixed and the next two days it’s fine on April 30 of 2018 my phone had a black line in it so I went up to them said I had a 30 day warranty to have my phone fixed this was another guy working at the time he told me he can’t do anything for me and said I had to pay 50 dollars to get the inside screen fixed I remind you this was not happening at all not even before my screen was cracked on the first day I went to ten I had not internal damage to my phone so he fixed it which is today currently I left there about 2:30 i has work at 3 so I’m at work I get off work around 10 and I look at my phone it’s the same exact mark that was on my phone before he fixed it the same exact mark so I had the boss business card I called him up right after work spazzing on his company y he said come In tomo we will fix it you won’t have to pay mind you I just payed 50 dollars for what so it’s 4/30/18 10:39 pm I’m going up there around 2 o’clock if this same exact thing happens I’m making sure there going to buy me a new iPhone it’s the iPhone 6 I am not happy so if your looking to go here don’t because I already spent 70 plus 50 is the 15 for a case I bought there in a matter of two days and for what a broken phone I will update tomo and give another review on what’s going to happen right now I’m not please...

Starting out your Friday evening with dropping your phone and breaking your screen is no fun especially right after picking up your dinner. So had to choose between getting fixed or going for a new phone considering I am about a month away in getting the next best thing. The moment I walked into Cellairis and was told my phone can be fixed and be like brand new, I was so hesistant but that quickly changed as they showed me my options and provided me with such a comfort level that it was the way to go. Now mind you, the saying you get what you pay for is so true but on the other hand I never knew that for 1/4 of the phone original price I would get my phone back to an incredible state, which one would say its indeed like brand new. The courtesy and professionalism of Cellairis Team are beyond words and the results beyond amazing. Cellairis has given my 3 year phone a brand new life to the point that I am now reconsidering my options for a new phone anytime soon. They sure made my Friday and my weekend! It's incredible what these people can do, plus to top it off they offered to install a protector screen that sealed the deal, as well as my overall experience due to their level of attention to detail. This store is second to none! Thank you so much!! 5 Stars...

Avoid this place if you value your time and money. I broke my screen and brought it here because the price was right. Man do I regret it now. After having my screen "fixed" I didn't have service on my phone. They basically just pushed me out the door saying go to your carrier. After 3 days of headaches I finally got service back. But my internet wasn't working after hours of troubleshooting I had to take it back to cellairis. Turns out they never connected the wireless antenna. They opened it up and fixed after another 1.5 hours. A week later the screen stops working I take it back and they tell me the connector on the motherboard is broken. So they will try to fix it. Spoiler they couldn't and when I took it to another shop the guy told that cellairis was definitely the cause of the broken connector and that he hopes I hadn't paid them yet.

Overall took me a month to have a functioning phone. And extra $100 dollars to their competitor (Geek Guys in CH Mall highly recommend them). Don't and I repeat don't trust them with your time, money and phone. Also the back cover barely stays on my phone now because they've opened it so many times. Seriously avoid this place or you...
