Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Deptford Township

First night the woman working at check-out wasn't too pleased when I needed a price check on item I was wanting to purchase. (last 2 on shelf neither had pricetag yet I took time to find similar item to bring up in attempt to help). She honestly looked so miserable the entire time I was in line waiting to check-out. A quick smile or a kind word really goes a long way. Your customer could be having a worse day then You're having & one little smile or kind word could really be a life saver/changer. Ive worked in customer service for 20+ years believe me I know alotta people can be PITA's & its not always easy. Kindness can be contagious sometimes too. If noone else told you today I'm telling you I love you... Smile keep your head up girl. I do hope you feel better soon. (Whatever's got you so down) The following night 2 ladies handled my check-out they were very fast & friendly even though it was pushing closing time. We even laughed a little at how difficult it is to get the plastic bags opened cuz I have the same problem when I worked at my job. Thanks cuz TBH I wasn't having a great night. I love their Bargains what their store is more of a thrift store there is no organization and everything is thrown everywhere it's so messy that you don't even want to bother touching anything people that are working the sales floor seem to not want to be bothered with questions and will huff and puff when you ask one so it's better that you don't I'd rather go to the thrift store and deal with that chaos I stepped foot into and all these were you can't even function in their aisles if it was organized a little bit better especially in the book area and the phone accessory area I might go back but as of right now I was tripping over things in the aisle my safety is more important than saving $3 not to mention they had to sign me up for my fourth Ollie's card because the previous three times they put it in they didn't thoroughly put it in so all those times I had Jeff with them I got no credit for anything no wonder I haven't received a coupon so not only is their store a mess with our staff doesn't thoroughly put your membership card through so that you...

I remember when this place first opened. I was so super stoked because before this, I used to have to wait until i was in Virginia to shop here. Now, this location in particular- isn't as big and definitely does not offer as much as say, the Hamilton location by the mall. But what really left me disappointed was their prices. I was just like 🤔🙄😑. It's supposed to be this oh so fantastic place to get bargains but uh, for real- I get better prices at Walmart AND OTHERRR Ollie locations if I'm not mistaken 🤔 (pretty sure I'm remembering correctly 😆) Now....the next question is.....why is this so? Is it because this one is in deptford and so it thinks a bunch of deep pocketed, ballin treasure trolls and plush puppies are here to just scream YOLO as they storm the entranceway? Because ... If so..... Gunna be just a tidbit...
