Overall the food, drinks and service is good. Just occasionally food orders can seem a little skimped on but it isn't all the time. My main complaint with the location is honestly the management. Of the two managers I've seen and met here both have foul attitudes and act as though managing the location and it's employees is a burden. Both got agitated over new employees doing their best but needed help. The male manager we usually see is often hounding all the employees working behind the counter and telling them to remake food in the middle of breakfast/lunch rushes then questions why everything is moving slow. Just a few hours ago we were being helped by an employee that was clearly struggling and apparently it was only their second day on the job. This is fine, me and my fiancee weren't bothered or anything but it just felt like she was t properly trained on the register just yet but she was left alone during the breakfast rush. When she goes to get the manager who immediately looked annoyed. Said manager takes over taking our order but with the moodiest look and tone possible, asking "is that all?" After each item as though trying to rush us to stop buying things. All this while not even trying to show the employee behind her how to enter everything into the register. All this followed by the manager not bothering to ask or take our rewards program number which meant we didn't use any of our discounts. I don't know why Panera send the most miserable people to manage this location that clearly does a lot...
Read moreDisappointed with the Manager working tonight, Kat. My family and I (we’re Asian) decided to have a nice little dinner at Panera around 7ish tonight and my mom was greeted with such disrespect. She was near the pastries and bagels looking around when Kat approached one of the registers near it. My mom then assumed she was going to take her order and started to order nicely, until she was so RUDELY interrupted by Kat saying “the line is over there you order there!” Then gave her a dirty look. My confused mom apologized and told her she didn’t know, then came back in line with me (mind you she was carrying my 10 month old baby and was with my 11 year old little sister at that time as well) KAT then proceeded to give her dirty looks even after she came back in line. If this is the type of representative(manager) that Panera bread has leading the employees underneath her she is setting a bad example to say the least and it has reflected today due to her poor attitude she has set for not only herself, but for the chain itself. I understand we all have bad days, however this type of experience was beyond unprofessional, but more degrading than all. I feel for the customer satisfaction this shall be known and altered for better service and overall human mannerism.
Iristzell, took care of us after and she was very kind! She should be replaced to manager instead, at least she showed us...
Read moreWe always order in this location since it’s close by but the customer service I don’t even want to give 1 star! And today isn’t the day I will just let it go, I ordered the bread on line and called them before hand to make sure they have the bread since couple of times I ordered and either they don’t have it after I put in the order and there’s even one time my order was picked up by someone else so I walked out without bread. Today when I went and pick up the bread this is how it looked! This isn’t a $2 dollar kind of bread it’s almost $7 so I was hoping and expecting better but I don’t know why and I even said to the lady at the pick up area that I wasn’t expecting this kind of order that it seems like it was just dumped in the bag, she didn’t seem to care and not even a sorry! I can go get a $1 and it’s even packed better compared to this bread that worth almost $7 and looks like this! Don’t you care of how you prepare your orders or is it because it’s only worth that much that’s why the quality of service doesn’t matter! I’ve been to so many Panera Bread locations here in the States and Canada and so far this place...
