Such a classic!!! I love this ride, it may not be the most intense, but I sure do love it! Still so smooth, it feels almost like it's brand new. In spots it's a little bumpy, but never throws you around. I rode this once with my hands up from beginning to end and not once did I feel I had to hold on for dear life. They keep this oldie in very good shape, as well as it runs I believe this will stick around for a good while! Still very popular and if you do ride it for the first time you must get a T-shirt that says "I survived the Sooperdooperlooper" This is a perfect first time big roller coaster for kids. I highly recommend this coaster when you go to Hersheypark!

The sooperdooperlooper at first looked more like the sooperdooperpooper but it actually ended up being a pretty neat ride! Lines crazy long and obnoxious children are allowed, so if you’re looking to avoid those freaks go on a big boy ride, but this a fun experience. One drop that goes to a backwards loop then you take a trip through a little cave. It was Halloween so it was really foggy in cave made it awesome. Would recommend if you’re in the area and can deal with little brats.

SDL is what I would call a classic family coaster. Great ride to transition younger children into thrill rides. With only 1 loop and no major drops, it's a good thrill without being intimidating. Trains are a bit small for taller or larger riders but a simple lap bar provides a comfortable ride. A small tunnel adds the element of traveling faster than you really are. Fantastic ride and a historical classic; The first looping coaster on the east coast.

I find this coaster a bit outdated and boring. The rest of the family still enjoys it but I usually pass on this one
