Reese's Cupfusion — Local services in Derry Township

Save yourself some time and don't go on this. The ride itself is mediocre at best, and the wait times are absolutely atrocious, at about 90 minutes at just a half-full queue line. That's on top of the fact that they replaced a perfectly good dark ride with such bland filth that doesn't even have any music playing during the ride. This is, by all accounts, a betrayal of my trust in HershyPark's dark ride engineers, and they should be ashamed that they replaced a fun and competitive score-attack ride with something so bland and lifeless. For a ride as boring as this, the wait had me fuming like a chimney. The ride isn't that fun, and the line literally doesnt move. They should call this ride the waiting ride because you do that more. I wanted to go on this ride, and I tried many times, over 6 times. First few times the lines were longer than a hospital. Then when I finally got on, the ride malfunctioned and I had to wait another 20 minutes, and they still didn't resolve the issue. Absolutely ridiculous. The ride isn't even worth the wait either. It's more boring and menial than watching paint dry. Not worth the wait. They should bring back the reeses challenge instead of this, way more worth it than whatever the heck reeses thought they were doing...

A short male bearded individual working on 06/24/21 was extremely rude and uncaring to riders. The cart we were on had no operating 'blasters,' so we were unable to properly play the ride's 'mission.' When we informed the employee of this situation at the end of the ride he was completely uncaring. We asked if we could be placed on a working cart but were denied this request. After leaving, the employee sent the cart up to another family to load into despite knowing very well the cart did not work. This was especially disappointing since we had waited in line for...
