Edit, I was a very impressed coughing cardinal as a customer but the store has gone down hill terribly. You guys cant keep good employees in there. No one knows anything about anything. Call in there and ask for an insert for your ok dabba dabba banger that they sell, have them tell you they have one, then go in and find out its a mayoral insert? and also that you guys fired previn? he was the best and most knowledgeable employee you've ever had. Kinda weird how many reviews this place has? Wonder if there all just employees that are still a part of the company. Also the owner of this store lies about owning it. Had a full conversation with the dude while he pretended to be a manager, later to find out from a trusted friend, Previn, that he was in fact the owner. These people may offer a decent shop with quality products but if you're supporting the cardinal you're supporting ungenuine, greedy people. Hit up sunshine daydream, they seem to be doing very well lately. Or KB vapors in imperial, the guy ho runs that shop is genuine and really appreciates his customers. Old Review - (Where do I start. From the first day I came in I was thoroughly impressed. There illidolph collection is to die for. There's always some new art to see. The employees are down to earth and ready to take care of your every need to the best of there abilities. They steer you in the right direction and show you everything you want to see.    Read moreI have been going here for 4 years and as this year it has not been great. Unknowledgeable on products. Unknowledgeable, on papers and trying to push marijuana. They don't know where the rolling papers are, but they know where the weed is. I have gone in there several times with people giving me the wrong thing continuously. Quality of product has gone down. I received peripherated papers, and they were not, they were just normal. And I tried to go in there and do an exchange, and they would not because they said, I'd use them which I did not. Its .50 cents. Also Google hours and store hours are different. Employees open when they want and close when they want. It used to be a cool place with a lot of people that had knowledge on products and were excited to show you things and promote the business. Now, all the people doing there is go in the back and smoke a weed. Customer services downhill along with the quality of some of the products and orders not being fulfilled to the point that I have to go to other smoke shops to get supplies. Raw papers and tips. They will go weeks if not months. And acting like they just ran out everytime I walked in. It sucks to now have to go to dispensary instead of a place I've been comfortable and going to for years. If you want to wait for a while for somebody to randomly pop and show app to help you, if you want somebody that doesn't know anything on products or know where anything in the store is I recommend going here. I called to see if they had any information on their voicemail about when they would possibly be open again , because last time I was there they was supposed to shut down due to the virus . To my surprise they answered the phone and was doing curbside pickup only today . The guy working told me if I wanted something to be there by 6pm because they close today and not going to be open for awhile , they never once said they were only accepting debit or credit cards only at this time. So I drove a hour and fifteen minutes there because theyâre the only ones who sell the brand of Kratom I use just to find out they donât accept cash at this time because of handling procedures due to the virus going around ...but plot twist....they will walk up to your car window in your face , and take your card run it then hand it back to you then hand you the product you ordered , but they donât handle cash or do change at this time ....Ok at this point it doesnât make a bit of sense to me , but my money spends anywhere . I always spend from $80-$200 each time I go and usually go once to twice a week sometimes more. The last time I went it was curbside pickup then , and cash wasnât issue. I guess the only good outcome of this is I found out after searching online I can buy it for about $35 cheaper so thanks for that I guess it definitely takes the sting out of driving almost 3 hours...
