I went into Hollister at West County mall in St Louis, Missouri on a Saturday July 13, at 12:30 pm. You can only take 5 items to try on at one time. I had 8 items. I was told to place my extra 3 items at this spot that said "On hold" at the changing rooms. When I tried to place items I did not need and try on the 3 extra ones, those on hold were gone. I asked the manager where they were and she did not know, and asked me what they were, etc. I had a sweater an and pants and a dress. I had taken a good 20 minutes selecting items and was going to buy at least two that did fit. I told the manager that her people needed additional training given we were required to place these items in the "on hold" section and they had been put away by their personnel. She went off on me. How dare I say their "kids" (what she called them) need additional training. She told me to get my stuff and leave. I could not believe it. I asked for her name and of course she refused to provide it. She was probably in her twenties. When I told her this was constructive criticism, she told me she was going to call security!! What?? That was my experience at Hollister. First time there....
