Jan's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Des Peres

This was my first time ordering and picking up an item at this store. But it will be my last. The cashier was rude to me because she couldn’t find my order. Then another lady was just as rude. Somehow when I ordered the items, my maiden name was under the purchaser. However my correct name was under the pick up person. I understand how mistakes like this happen. They almost always have what you want or need. I've been to other Hallmark stores but, when I need something special that I can't find closer to home I head to this location. Very kind and nice associates. Clean and well organized store which makes it so easy to find what you need without even asking for help.
