My sweet teen so ordered a necklace online that was “in stock” at this store for his girlfriend. The purchase was refunded and we were informed it was out of stock. We purchased online from Macys and it did not come in a gift box.
I visited the store on 12/31 and 1/1. Both visits were a disaster. Terrible customer service. Pandora’s products are not inexpensive and I’m surprised that this would be tolerated. It was obvious the blond associate I dealt with had no idea what she was doing (she thought she could only sell a bracelet set with the initials on the display [that I couldn't pick my own initials and had to ask another associate who confirmed she was wrong], she couldn’t find things, had trouble answering questions, and she didn’t put a date on my hold) and the attitude of the brunette was awful. She did not care that I was a customer standing in front of her. She offered no assistance, and when I asked her to move trays she was filling so I could see in the case she acted like I was putting her out. The manager was supposed to call me back - that was 9 days ago. I’m concerned with the brand in general as the reviews for the store are awful and dating back 4 years and basically reiterate what I’m saying here – and clearly no significant change has been made. The store may do well, but imagine what it could do if the customer service...
Read moreHorrible customer service. Waited for 45 minutes to pick up my online order. The interaction took less than a minute. There are two entrances at this store. When I walked up there was a line at one entrance and a sign that says “pick up your online order here” at the other entrance. I waited at the sign for about 10 mins before being told I need wait in the line behind all the people at the other entrance who plan to do their shopping inside the store (Even after I told them I just needed to pick up my order). So I, as a person who already purchased my item online, had to wait behind a whole line of people to do their shopping and browsing inside the store, in order to pick up my online order which took all of about a minute to get it in my hands and walk out the door.
There needs to be a better system for picking up online orders. People shouldn’t have to wait for a whole line of people to do their shopping and browsing in order to pick up their online order. (It took 1 MINUTE from the moment I walked in the door to get my order and walk out...
