I ordered 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks, and 6 cookies through the Subway website from this store to be delivered. When they brought the order it was missing all 3 drinks and 2 of the 3 sandwiches were completely wrong. I tried calling and it ran busy... then stopped ringing all together. I went onto subway contact us and messaged them about the error. The owner Ramanjit Brar emailed back a canned response about the quality of the food and addressing the issue but that is it. He didn't offer any refund for the 3 drinks that were missing or even for me to come in and get the drinks later on. I emailed back to try to get an answer about a refund for at least the drinks and after 2 days I still haven't heard back (the first email came within hours of the initial contact). The delivery driver was through grubhub but I didn't order through grubhub I ordered through the subway website. I would not recommend this Subway, they can't even double check a ticket to make sandwiches right or send drinks along. (there is a big difference between rotisserie chicken and a subway...
Read moreI called in to ask the price and number of full subs for the sandwich platter and the girl I spoke with said they “don’t really do that. They only make individual subs and bowls.” So I asked when the sandwich platters were discontinued. She then asked someone else if they knew anything about platters and I was told I would have to come in the morning if I wanted to order one. I asked again how many full subs are included on each platter and how they cut the sandwiches. Her answer was, “there’s probably 6 or 7 full subs and I’m not really sure how they cut them.”
I then asked her what time they opened in the morning and she said, “8 or 9, one or the other.” So then I told her, “you all work there and have no idea what time you open and you can’t answer any of my questions?” Her response was, “I just told you what I knew ma’am.”
I have a pretty bad customer service at 2 other Subway locations before so this was definitely another horrible customer service experience.

Yeah , I stop going to subway because you guys kept cancelling my order without telling me. So I would show up at subway and they would look at me like i'm stupid. And when I show them the receipt they say sorry we got nothing for you. So I said this is the right location. May I please just get the food I paid for. They said no. They said this always happens with mobile orders and online orders. So I just give up. Haven't eaten a Subway in 5 years.
