I like the brand new feeling of the restaurant. And that it is rarely busy so there is no wait. But there are problems. Let's call it a reflection on a greater issue in the country. The worker's do not like their jobs or their customers. They treat them poorly like a bother. The workplace is their own club and a place to slack off and put themselves first. With that being said...BK DHS review: The employees take breaks in the dining room. Sometimes even sleeping with head on the table. I find this wrong and odd. There are 5 employees on duty with light customer traffic. They all seem overworked and underwhelmed. The manager has an attitude and seems more interested in being on his phone and getting it over with, than enjoying the great position he has at a very easy and new store. The overfill of employees should be constantly cleaning the tables and seats, mopping and keeping the place sparkling clean....but they do not. Today I had to remind them that Burger King's original motto was "Have it your Way" as I ordered my sandwich different than the menu. The cashier did not find it amusing or lighthearted. Read moreI’ve gone to Burger King in the past and I haven’t had the best experience either way. I usually don’t go to Burger King. I would prefer to go to McDonald’s or anywhere else. This interaction that I had with the cashier in the drive-through yesterday I believe her name was Savannah. She was rude overall. She had told me what my total was and when I went to go and pay, she decided to leave the window open, start taking another customers order through the mic and then proceeded to have multiple conversations with different coworkers before just putting the card reader out the window, not talking to me at all. Also, when she gave me my food, she just handed me the bag without talking to me without any type of customer service. Also, I ordered two ice cream cones and it was the same way the way that she was handing it off to me. Read moreThe drive thru girl was rude, when I nicely said that I didn't ask for ranch. Then she started to be rude with me and continue to give me an attude, I told her that she doesn't need to be rude. She said that "I know how to read" if that was the case then she should have given me a total of 5 sauces (2 sweet and sour, 2 honey mustard, and 1 ranch( I didn't know that ranch automatically comes with the spicy chicken fries " but now I do"). All she gave me is ( 2 honey mustard, 2 ranch) and then she pissed me off more by giving me my receipt crumbled up and trashed. This would have been avoided if she had proper customer service training, I was nice in the beginning and all I needed was my sweet and sour sauces and I would have left in a positive light but now I'm pissed off, and I don't know if I'll return to this location again...
