THEY EXPECT U TO PAY FOR ORDERS AND RECEIVE NOTHING!!! Incompetent and untrained staff. Placed an order thru app for instore pickup. They were out of stock on one of the items. They make me wait while they check in back and talk to all the other employees (clearly the first woman helping me was new and didnt know what to do). I am then told that I can take half the order and just walk away forfeiting the other half of my purchase. Unacceptable!! I say no that is unreasonable just refund me for the whole order. She tries and doesnt even know how to do this. The next guy tries and cant figure it out. They say they cant figure out how to refund it and they expect me to walk out with nothing. When I say this is unacceptable, he gives me a receipt and a handwritten phone # on the back and tells me to call corporate and all I need is the info on the receipt and they will handle it. Ridiculous!! I spent well over $1k last year alone at Starbucks as a rideshare driver who has to track her expenses and that doesnt even include the fact that I tipped every time!! NEVER AGAIN!! I call the # and it is for a car company!!! I had to look up the # myself. I am on the phone with them now and it has been over half an hour and they still have not refunded me and they are not even being helpful!! They could not have treated this customer more poorly or wasted more of my time if they were trying to. Just know Starbucks that I am the one that always put $$ in your tip jar. Read moreI’ve always had problems with this Starbucks. Their “machines” isn’t working cause it’s 15 minutes until they close, hmmmm a little too convenient. And they have mobile order available but lock their doors at 8pm which means you have to sit in their always long drive through. Doesn’t make sense that they would have their mobile order available yet you can’t even pick it up inside as instructed. Not to mention that they’re ALWAYS super slow here. I typically do mobile order since it’s suppose to be “faster” but I’ve had it happen multiple times where I’m waiting literally 15 - 20 minutes past the pick up time for a mobile order and watching other people who have just come in get their drink. I’ve also had a few times where I order a frap with no whipped cream plus almond milk and they don’t put whipped cream on the top but add a huge layer of whipped cream on the inside which I usually only notice when I leave the store. Which is a really bad allergy issue that’s happened multiple times. Everything I’ve mentioned has happened multiple times. I also never order more than two drinks either, one for me and my bf so there shouldn’t ever be any of these issues. It’s honestly really sad that I always stop here and KNOW that I’ll have some type of issue here. I would avoid this location at all costs, not worth the hassle especially since I have to call Starbucks customer service to get two refunds since they don’t want to help here. Read moreSo 6months into the pandemic my Starbucks stores I would normally go to began to close one by one... and I drove out of my way to those stores because of the service I got. So my last choice was DHS Starbucks which was 2mins from my house but avoided it because everytime I went my drinks were wrong the service was bad or the wait was long. Well I had no other choice but to begin my 5 day routine with starbucks being the start of each day at the DHS STORE. my first week I went I had my drink wrong twice. But by the second week these ladies had like a 360 turn around i was like who are these people it was like the manager who is the current owner put his foot down and created these amazing baristas. Each day I went they greeted me right away and even knew my name. I felt like I was home again in one of my other stores I go to in beaumont or Ramona expressway. These ladies have both my drinks ready on time and always ask if they only see one of my drinks if I was getting the second one so they can start making it. It felt so good to be able to come here and just start my day off right .You guys are amazing at what you do and want you to know I appreciate you all for coming in during this time and making sure us crazy starbucks lovers have our drinks each day.
