I have experienced nothing but problems since switching on May 18th 2021. I have spent over 30hrs on the phone in the last 2 months trying to figure out what Sean did. Our bill has been $598.00 instead of the $250.00 we were quoted. He also never turned in our trade-ins considering the IMEI numbers cannot be traced whatsoever in the system, there's not even a paper trail showing that any phones were traded in. He used a different employees name when completing our transaction on May 18th, as the name on our receipt is "Steven". Still trying to figure that one out... As a last straw I contacted this store one last time, begging the girl working to please help me find my trade-ins. She asked me to come in to the store so i did. She went in the back found one of my trade-ins and gave it back to me. The other phone (which was in PERFECT condition) is still no where to be found. She told me to blacklist the phone that still cannot be found, so I did. After receiving back one of my trade-ins, I then went to a corporate store for the 3rd time and asked to speak to the management. I had a manager and an associate working with me to try and figure this situation out. They both stated they had never seen anything like this, and they proceeded to email someone at corporate with all the details asking me to give it a few days to recieve an email or phone call,, which I agreed to.. This evening I went into the store again to confront Sean and ask him where my phones are. He proceeded to text and call on his phone, talking about my trade-ins, but he was obviously unable to locate them via IMEI numbers in the system. I asked him again "are you sure you turned in the phones?" He stated "yes 100% positive" at that point I pulled out my phone I had gotten back this morning and he was trying to cover his tracks. Stating he doesn't know where the girl got it, doesn't know how she got it. After repeating twice that she got it from the back of the store he blew me off and stated "my district manager will be calling you tomorrow to apply two trade-ins to your account and they will back date it to point of sale" I then realized no one was going to help me. I simply want my trade-in located and returned to me, considering it was never sent in. If you want an honest phone company DO NOT EVER SWITCH TO AT&T. I cannot stress this enough. Returned a third time after phone was ready and did not see Chris but 2 of 3 employees without a mask. I asked the young man that helped me to wear one and he graciously complied. Stephanie comes in lobby without a mask

I returned the phone through the mail, no other att store would take the return on the phone case when I went out-of state, called att and they said to take it back here.
Now I am out $50 because they won't take it, saying its only 14 days, which is bunk, att credited me for the inconvenience but this store...
