The rudest service I have ever received. I called in a delivery order right at noon was told it would be an hour for one medium pizza, wings and bottled soda. That was fine as I did not take lunch until 1. I did get two missed calls but did not answer as I am at work and can not take personal calls at my desk. By 1 my food had not arrived so I called in. The missed called had been from the delivery driver who although had delivered to us in the past (myself and co-workers) so this is not a new address. He apparently could not find the address and instead of calling pizza hut to get directions or help after not being able to reach me he just took the food back and they left it at that. I said I wanted my money back and to keep the food. She gave me to a manager named Abbey (maybe misspelled) who proceeded to interrupt every time I tried to speak telling me that is why they take down the phone number which I understand but they need to understand unlike them we can not answer our phones whenever we want and have jobs to do as well and if the driver can not reach the customer needs to call back to his store and try to get help before just giving up and denying someone the food they have paid for. I tried telling Abbey this but she continuously spoke over me and kept telling me I should have provided a number I could be reached at and the driver has been doing this for years which in my opinion is not a good argument to make as he is not very good at it to not be able to deliver to an address delivered to in the past. Just saying, not a good argument in your case. I ask for her bosses information and she refuses to give it to me but says she will take my info down and give to him which I give. I tell her it is rude to interrupt people and I am trying to talk to her and work in customer service and how you should never treat people this way and she hung up on me to further make my point I guess. I call back and want to speak with her again but she refused to get on the phone and I get another person who does not give me her name or says she is a manager but has attitude telling me she was handed a manager phone call. I proceed to tell her what happened and she too interrupts me and talks over me telling me what happened. I tell her she is doing exactly what the other girl was doing and I am trying to tell her my story of what happened and she says "I don't care about your story!" I was livid I told her I could not wait to report hem to corporate and I hung up. I did call their corporate phone number and filed an official complaint (not that it will do anything) but I will not give up. People do not deserve to be treated like this just because they feel like we can't do anything. If I were yelling or cursing at either one of them I would understand and deserve their response, but I was not doing either one of those things and was treated with such disrespect! I will not be treated like this and will not stop until something is done to these horrible people who don't need to be working in customer service as they have no idea...

Called in and spoke to the manger and he told me that "if there was hamburger there was definitely sausage and there was no way that the bacon wasn't there and because it was crumbled I may not have seen it" to which I replied that I was 100% sure that there was no bacon. He said "well I can exchange it for you but I know bacon is on it" I said ok that was fine as I just wanted my correct order his answer was "OK ill send it out and I'll have the driver show you that there is bacon on that pizza" I said that would be fine. So 30 minutes later the driver returns with my pizza and I ask her In to my home to look and compare and she stated that there is definitely no bacon on that pizza and that she would make sure that she would tell him what she had saw. I have no issues with the order being wrong the first time as things happen and it is no big deal but the attitude I received and telling me that the driver will show me that bacon was on the pizza was extremely rude and disrespectful. At the least after he was told by the driver about my pizza being wrong I would have expected some kind of apology not money or free food but the courtesy of an I'm sorry for basically calling you a liar. However I received nothing. That was a horrible customer service experience and I will no longer be using the desloge location for my orders again. If anyone would like pictures of the 2 pizza side by side to prove without a doubt that it was missing both pork and bacon I have them and I am more than welcome to provide them. Also let me say that the delivery driver was extremely pleasant and respectful and very apologetic and kind, she was and awesome representation of great customer service. Read moreThis Pizza Hut seems to fall somewheres in the middle, but maybe on the lower end of the scale. We've ordered several times, and ordered several different items, and it seems there is usually some sort of issue 3 out of 5 times. Getting through to this particular Pizza Hut is an overwhelming accomplishment in itself, as it seems 90% of the time, this Pizza Hut does not answer it's phone. It usually takes between 2 to 3 attempts for someone to answer the phone in order to place a call in order. The food is usually pretty good, but not great, as toppings are left off, or are just very skimpy, and this applies to sandwiches and pizza. Our last pizza was very undercooked with the crust at the edge and underneath being very white and doughy, instead of golden and somewhat crispy. The same order, upon arriving to pick up and pay for our purchase, had extra toppings that I had specifically requested over the phone to be placed on the pizza, totally left off. The cashier offered to add more toppings of the item that I requested, only to have to wait 3 more minutes for the pizza to go back through the oven. Meanwhile, as the outdoor temperatures were in the upper 80's, I felt as if I were melting inside this store, as it was extremely hot and stuffy! Some of the staff are very friendly, and some seem like they're not even there, or like you're bothering them. All in all, this isn't the worst Pizza Hut I've ever dined with, but definitely nowhere...
